Construction of RCC over head tank following cap., with 10.00 mtr stagging height from ground level to bottom of dome slab comprising of inlet, scour & over flow pipes as per details given below from ground level to tank including bends of requried degree, confirming to relevants code RCC stair case i/c G.I pipe railing 45cms. wide of usual height as per site requirement, SFRC manhole cover of 500mm dia and weight of frame and cover should not be less than 40 kg., ventilator at top dome with minimum opening of 45x450cms, water level indicator including floats and measuring gauge, lightening conductor with earthing arrangement etc. The RCC over head reservoir shall include randering/plastering of the uneven exposed surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component required for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge. The offers shall also include details structural drawing/ design calculations to be approved by the competent authority based on the soil bearing report and taking seismic forces in the design calculation expension joints as required at site. The offer shall also include the cost of providing and fixing of GMS/ MS pipe, fittings complete including duck foot bends, puddle collars, expansion joints etc connecting with rising main & distribution main with required length from the edge of foundation and any other component required for the completion of job upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Laying , jointing & testing of bevelled ended G.I.pipe with 94% butt welded joints &6% flanged where ever required by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness)and testing of G.I.pipe make of following dia meters confirming to IS-1239-1990 (part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include welding of flanged joints of every XVIIth pipe duly welded in three layers (two inner one outer) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding, lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately). The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radious not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS-814 of Advani Orelikon/L&T of IsI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flusing, cleaning & hydraulic testing of pipes, D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fully Automatic LT Panel for centrifugal pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet powder coated dust and veremin proof wall mounted and front opering door type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 2 nos. pump of rating 80 HP automatically through Variable Frequency Drive Starter. Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/ Grandlay/ Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles ,flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.
