Description of work to be executed

Carefully dismantling of out of plumb, damaged, decade & whether effected ashlars stone masonry in wall, steps & platform(adhisthan) including throwing away debris to a far off place of monument etc. complete as directed by site in-charge.

Resetting of ashlar stone masonry in wall, steps, platform (adhisthan) using local stone set in 1:1:1 lime, surkhi, sand mortar including plain dressing, molding, cutting, setting, pointing, curing etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Excavation of earth work for foundation in all soil and sub soil with an initial load & lift & throwing away the debris outside the monument for laying rajula stone flooring and approach pathway.

Laying base concrete in lime mortar 1:3:6 with 20mm size brick aggregate including framing, curing etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Constructing 0.15M thick Rajula Stone flooring & approach pathway inside of monument premises including plain dressing, cutting edging of stone and set in 1:1:1 LSS Mortar including recess pointing, curing etc complete. (size of stone 0.60x0.46 and 0.60x038) as directed.

Carefully dismantling the out of plumb, damaged and warn out ashlar stone masonry retaining wall supported to the boundary wall including stacking out materials and throwing away the debris to a far off place etc complete as directed.

Resetting/reconstructing ashlar stone masonry retaining wall using local stone set in 1:1:1 lime, surkhi, sand mortar including dressing of new stone & pointing, curing etc complete (size of stone 0.38x0.23x0.175, 0.38x0.23x0.10m) as directed.

Pointing work in flooring & wall including cleaning of joints, repairs/filling of cracks and rack out the joints using lime mortar 1:1(1/2) including curing etc complete as directed.

Provision for making new teak wood wooden gate of size 2.20x1.85m for prevent to bats and other animals inside the garbh gruh of Sun temple including providing wire mesh, jali work and two coats above one coat primer colour work, transportation, fixing, labour, materials etc complete (as per enclosed drawing)

Dismantling of old damaged iron gate of monument and making new iron gate including cutting, fabricating work, colour work, transportation, fixing, labour, materials etc complete (size – 1 nox3.25x1.40) (as per enclosed drawing)

Supply of sweet water for execution of work by tanker.
