7 Meter GI Pole: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Round top 7 m octagonal galvanised tapered pole(above ground level), fabricated out of 3 mm thick sheet complete with in built junction box, base plate size 300 x 300 x20 mm ,two arm of ERW galvanised pipe of 60mm dia and 1m in length on two side of pole shaftas per detailed specifications.Pole should be made of BSEN 10025 grade mild steel, polygonal and continously tapered in three sections, hot dipped galvanised (as per BS EN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity of 200 Km/Hr design life 25 years,terrain category -2.Juncion box shouldbe provided 500 mm above base plate with 4 Nos terminals on epoxy insulators, 2 No.6A SP MCB &1 no.neutral link.Base plate should have 4 Nos holes on each side suitable for mounting on RCC foundation 250 mm above FGL. General specifation and drawing attached in Annexure- 1 ( Final Drawing and specification should be approved from EIC before manufacturing)

Long Round GI Poles made of 114.3 mm O.D. x 4.50 mm thick pipe as per IS :1161/2713/1239 with Loop-in slot Door (80 x 130 mm) type JB with 2 Nos. Flat & Allen Key Bolt, Foundation type Base Plate (300 X 300 X 12), Nipple (100 mm long made of 60.3O.D. Pipe) & Stiffener (4 Nos.)Foundation Bolt (M 24 x 500 mm-4 Nos.) with IP 67 protection and provision of terminal for mounting MCB and termination of incoming and outgoing cables. Post top LED 30W lantern M/s. Philips make and model BGP 151 OR SIMILLAR with warm white light and its control gear accessories etc. complete. Scope also includes internal wiring with 3 nos. of 2.5mm.sq. copper conductor PVC wires from terminal box at bottom of the pole to fixture. RCC Work for foundation Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering for foundation Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

PCC Work for foundation Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement Work for foundation Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Hot rolled deformed bars

Cable Laying and cable route marker with foundation Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering with brick on 3 side and refilling the trench etc as required along with cable route marker of 1 feet height above ground with PCC foundation.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 70W led street light fixture as per specification mentioned in Annexure-5 of NIT

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. (2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire)
