Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position including any type of sunken treatment , roof treatment, PCC padding, lime concrete etc. ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All demolished material / debris will be taken by the contractor out side the MD land without any extra cost to the govt.

Demolition of brick/cement concrete tiles of any size any description laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting grooves in brick wall, for inserting APP membrane and other works. 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4. all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) and all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of RCC concrete slabs by sweeping clean an washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing with cement slurry @ 3kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr -in- Charge .

M&L 40mm thick (average) PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over old RCC surface, finished fair all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L screed bedding 15 mm thick on concrete roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt and consisting of a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centigrade temperature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centigrade temperature at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softening point of membrane not less then 150 degree centigrade temperature when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be get executed through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only.

M&L cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, coping (for interlocking tile fixing) levelling course and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including form work where ever required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, class 7.5 designation, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class -B bricks, in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing as in repair water storage tank, 500 litre capacity, HDPE triple layer, white colour, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm bore high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - The colour of tanks shall be white.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc for 500 ltr capacity water tanks complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia, bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation / floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of cement based paint to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. (ii) The steel wire mesh shall be measured separately and will be paid under respective items .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces on walls ,chajjas , roof projection , cornices of brick /concrete surfaces etc. and applying two coats of cement based paint (white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer , complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls by with mechanical / electrical driven grinders suitable for removal work and scrapping washing rubbing down etc and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion over and including two coats of acrylic based wall care putty with one coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces on walls ,chajjas , roof projection , cornices of brick /concrete surfaces etc. and applying two coats of cement based paint (white or tinted) complete all as specified and as directed

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1,27,460.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
