Earth work Excavation in all type of soils up to a depth not exceeding 1.50 m from original ground level including de-watering wherever required and disposal of excavated earth to dumping yard or any designated place within the colony with all leads and lifts, including leveling and dressing of disposed earth etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolishing/ Dismantling of cement concrete/ platser and brick work carefully by manually/ mechanical means including disposal of material to dumping yard in colony with all leads and lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Concrete Mix 1:3:6 or richer mix

Brick work in CM

Supplying and filling of good quality river sand inside the plinth including raming and consolidating the same with plate vibrator etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 ordinary portland cement 43grade :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement is of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make (cementious content as 400 kg with cement flyash ratio of 70:30 (70% cement : 30% fly ash, flyash available free of cost at DFA silo area in plant site but transporting by the contractor)) minimum cement content excluding fly ash should be 280 kg/cum. Total cementitious content including fly ash should be 400kg/Cum. RCC work upto floor V level including cost of Centering/ Shuttering, compaction, levelling, finishing and curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying of Fly ash brick masonry with Non Modular Flyash brick conforming to IS: 12894 class designation 10 average compressive strength in with CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) cement is of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make, including all labor, materials, transport, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Test certificate (compressive strength) shall be produced by the contractor before usage of brick.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand) in repair works over concrete/ brick masonry surfaces at all levels including racking of joints, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of approved shade and make (viz. Johnson, Bell, Somany or equivalant which should be approved by department) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 with ISI Mark, in all colours and shades, laid on 3mm thick high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (LATICRETE® Plus Premium Floor Tile Adhesive grade tile adhesive) conforming to IS 15477 (Water based) and levelling the undulations in floor (greater than 3mm thick) with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as may be required including jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., including preparation of old flooring surface by manual/ mechanical means by hacking, pitting, grinding as directed, including removal of doors, trimming of bottom as required and refixing the same in posoition wherever required due to raise in floor level, cleaning etc., in occupied/ vacant quarters as per site conditions, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm in different sizes), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to IS 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Providing and laying 125 Micron Polythene separation membrane under concrete floors including all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc. complete as per specifications and as direcetd by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade Fe415D/ 500D of TATA/ JINDAL/ SAIL/ VIZAG or equivalent make for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for Granite threshold of size 50mm width and 18mm thick over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including edge moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified Antiskid self embossed tread line full body bull nose steps of size 300 x 1200mm for steps, 200 x 1200mm for riser and 600 x 1200mm for landing area (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.05% and conforming to IS:15622 of (Kajaria/ johnson/ Bell/ Somany) or any approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and fixing of tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set grade (LATICRETE® Plus Premium or any other approve Floor Tile Adhesive ) in average 3mm thickness. including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently, easily and preparation of surface for laying of tiles etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone slab all colour and texture for platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels etc., all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing Granite edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing furniture like tables,chairs and storewells etc., from the room and stacking them separately to the nearby location & rearranging the same after completion of the floor repair works in type D & E houses complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
