Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq.m any description each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame shutter(without taking off shutter from the frame but exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs /blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of timber scantling fillets, rails, posts rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm, in any position as in unframed work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness,size,quality or description ) from wooden frames

Plain fillets of second class soft wood (KAIL), wrought, sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, secured with nails, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber rame work complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 6 mm thick plywood, 5 Nos of ply, grade BWP, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame-work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed with nails to timber frame works or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Moulding as in cornices picture rails and the like n exc 6sqcm

Second class soft wood (KAIL), plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F second class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats. complete all as specified.

S & F second class soft wood (KAIL), 30 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters windows, ventilators, etc. are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24(b) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm butt hinges medim weight cold rolled mild steel fixed with screws or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 200 mm long Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm long, mild steel handles cast type, fitted.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 75 mm long mild steel butt hinges medium weight cold rolled, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 125mm long, mild steel handles cast type, fitted, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolt stove enamelled black with bright bolt, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel slidig door bolt 300 mm long plate type slove enamelled black wioth bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and incl a minimum of 6 bolt and nut four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Prepation of new wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel Paint, over a caot of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 18 mm to 20 mm dia curtain rod/rail, anodised aluminium alloy, chromium plated with & including fixing brackets, stops/knobs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note : - Contract sum will be derived after deduction of Rs. 48590.00 as listed in Schedule `A` Part -II (Schedule of credit).
