BOQ - 2 - 33 KV line using 120 sq mm AAAC XLPE Covered conductor

Surveying 1 km 33kV line using Ranging Rod.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) all classes of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m to 3m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Supplying and stacking good earth at site

Lateral thrust boring (Horizontal Direct Drilling) of holes in all classes of soil suitable for inserting 160 mm dia and 40mm dia HDPE Pipes to lines and levels up to a depth of 3 mts without damaging any existing underground utilities fixing 160 mm,PE100,PN8,ISI 4892 HDPE pipe and 40mm dia HDPE pipe in the bore holes made as per the direction of departmental offices at site for drawing of 3x300 Sq mm, 33 kV UG Cable and 24 fibre OFC without any damage as per direction of departmental officers and staff including hire charges for tools and plants, conveying and erecting machinery for the lateral thrust boring and removing the same from the site after completion of the work including supplying, loading and unloading of 160mm dia and 40mm dia HDPE pipes

Supplying and laying 160 mm dia 63 grade,PN-6(wall thickness 11-12.6 HDPE pipe with coupling collars etc. in the existing trench already made for looping one circuit 33kV, 3 core cable through pipe for crossing roads,drain channels and bridges as the drawing and specifications.

Uncoiling and Laying single circuit 3 x 300 mm2 33 kV Cable (Aluminium) including loop mlength through HDPE and GI Pipes already laid for the purpose, paving of Cable using sytandard cable installation equipment and returning the unused item to the store with providing for all necesary and statutory precutions to be followed.

Doing outdoor / indoor 33kV, 3x300mm2 XLPE cable end termination work including all charges for termination of cables as per standard specifications, assisting the termination work, cutting the cable, shield earthing, supplying all tools plants and other accessories and all other sundry expenditures etc. complete very carefully observing directions of manufacturers and as per directions of departmental officers at site including crimping of socket

Supplying Aluminum cable tags, punching number & alphabets 'KSEBL 33kV VB - MC CABLE' and binding to cable using copper wire including cost of all materials as per the directions of Board officials at site.

Supply and laying PVC warning tape (200 micron,500 mm printed with KSEB " KSEB 33kV MC-VB CABLE")

Fabrication of structures for erecting equipments. The GI & MS angles will be supplied departmentally

Erection of one set 33KV bus Isolator on the already erected structure including opening crates and conveyance of all accessories from the place of storage to the place of erection to lines and levels including erection of mechanism box checking operation and aligning properly as per the direction of departmental officers.

Fitting and erecting one 33kV 'A' type Single Pole in position, including fitting cross arm, digging and back filling pit in ordinary soil (as per standards), drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads from F clamp through V cross arm to the ground for earthing (excluding provision of earthing)

Providing temporary stay by piling, cut ends in kole land including fabrication of cut ends and conveyance

Fitting and providing one 33kV stay including digging & back filling pit.

Providing Cut end stay by piling Cut Ends in kole land incl. anchor plate(size 450x450x7.5mm GI) at cut ends and conveyance.

Fitting one Additional Channel cross arm (100x50x6mm), in existing A Pole/Lattice including conveyance of materials.

Straightening of 33kV A Poles exactly in the vertical position so as to align the route correctly

Drilling hole of various sizes on existing Channel/Cross Arm.

Cutting of GI channel, ISMBs, ISMC 100 GI angle as per specification including conveyence of materials and machinery to the site, etc. as per approved drawigs and as directed by departmental staff at site.

Welding one end of the GI strip 50x6mm with the structure with a welding length of 50mm & 6mm thickness on both sides & end of the strip and connecting other end with bolts & nuts if required including hire charges of DC arc welding set, current charges, cost of low hydrogen DC arc welding electrodes (No.E7018) cost of anti corrosive paint etc. complete.

Stringing of 33kV, 120sqmm XLPE Covered Conductor including fitting of all accessories, providing end terminations, midspan joints, pipe earthing, installing insulated piercing connectors etc

Providing one Earth using earth pipe (size 3 m) including digging & backfilling pit and supply of charcoal, salt, sand etc.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Pole numbering using printed Aluminium sheets / Painting the surface of pole with anti algal yellow paint and painting Letters with black paint as specified incl. cost of paint. (776)

Display signboard- Fabricting and supplying stainless steel plates 304 grade for Engllish or malayalam letters of specified hight tickness and fixing on the wall.
