Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The experience certificates issued by competent officers (not below the rank of EE or equivalent cadre) are to be uploaded

Capabilities of Vendor

The tenderer should be a reputed manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour/Directorate of Industries and Commerce, GOK for providing House keepers. Documentary proof in the form certificate of registration issued by GOK is to be uploaded

Financial Status

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years (in the last five years i.e 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25) an average annual financial turnover of Rs.7.38 lakhs. Documentary proof certified by the chartered Accountant along with UDIN No. is to be uploaded
