Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, spreding in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface od granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm using mechanical means. MORTH

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Morth specification clause no 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type Hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Morth specification clause no 507 complete in all respects.

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : bituminous road

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification). 40 mm thick.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. . DSR-18/I.No-15.60
