Attending complaint and checking of faults of EA set by skilled technician, rectification of minor faults/wiring/lubricating etc. as reqd for the following distance of one side from Sub Divisional Office. This item shall be paid once in 4 months period. Any subsequent visit required shall be borne by the firm within stipulated period of 4 months. (i) Up to 50 Kms

ii) Above 50 to 100 kms

iii) Above 100 to 150 kms

Servicing & Routine maintenance (B check) of following capacity of EA set complete with cleaning of Air Filter element, replacement of engine lube oil of proper grade (seal pack of reputed make), replacement of lube oil filter elements, replacement of fuel filter elements, if required replacement of radiator coolant with distilled water & addition of coolant additive concentrate, Checking & reset injector pressure, injector pump timing, tightening of cylinder head studs/nuts, adjustment of engine valve clearance, Cleaning of radiator fins, drain sediments from water separator, check inlet air restriction, air piping, belt tensions i/c cleaning & de-dusting of alternator, control panel, fuel tank, tightening & maintaining of all hose connections, electrical connections, battery connections etc. Actual load testing of EA set after servicing as directed. ["B" check once in 12 months] i) Up to & including 20 KVA EA

ii) More than 20 kVA to 30 kVA EA

Supplying & fixing of fully charged 12 volt 88AH battery for starting of EA set complete with lugs (i/c credit of old battery) of following types:- (i) Lead acid Maintenance Free battery

(ii) Super Capacitors 120F battery suitable upto 25kVA DG cranking system

Replacement of following by new components of EA sets below 30 kVA i/c fixing/connections, testing etc. i/c credit for old material as reqd.

Up to 32 kVA DG (i) Oil top up ( with recommeded grade & make)

(ii) Pump caliberation from authorised dealer (with out nozzle replacement)

(iii)Starter repair i/c replacement of spares

(iv) Charging alternator repair i/c replacement of spares

(v)Fuel inlet / outlet pipe

(vi)Gasket kit excluding sump kit
