(c) Apply two coats of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating resin base 2K, manufactured by M/s Pidilite industries Ltd, STP Ltd, Sika or equivalent make as approved by GE as per manufacturer recommendations on floor and all around wall surfaces duly sanding with dry coarse clean sand in second wet coat of 2K to make rough surface to receive plastering all as directed. (d) Laying a protective coat of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 \mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg cement or as per manufacturers instruction, of approved make on all surfaces of sunken area including vertical wall upto 450mm height, after preparations as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating shall be followed as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for Repairing to existing door/ window chajjas upto 3.0m span and width 1.0m by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering slightely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly plastered/concrete surface by applying one coat of primer, 2 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified and directed (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering). Note: Reinforcement if required shall be measured and paid separately.
