Removing the damaged portions of the existing oil bound distemper (admeasuring more than 0.10 Sqm. each in area) from the distemper painted walls and ceilings together with existing Plaster of Paris/Lappam/putty base finish by scrapping, chipping, sand papering, washing with water etc., and exposing the original plastered surface and preparing the surface by applying one or more coats of cement primer of Asian Paints make or equivalent approved make and two or more coats of wall care putty manufactured by M/s Birla Cements or M/s J.K. Cements or equivalent approved make and levelling and finishing the surface smooth to match with adjacent areas at all floors and locations including the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge
Filling of internal cracks of more than 1mm width at all floors/ heights and locations (within a height of 30 m) using acrylic latex caulk crack filling compound / sealant of approved make including making V shaped grooves along the crack, cleaning, removing all loose matter, dirt, and dust and applying the crack filling compound /sealant using catridge guns as per manufacturer’s instructions / specifications on the walls together with cost of scaffolding, all materials, labour, curing, tools & plants etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Applying wall care putty of approved manufacture in two or more coats for areas more than 0.1m2 over a coat of cement primer and finishing the surface smooth in level and even on the existing oil Bound/Acrylic washable Distemper painted surfaces of the walls and ceilings at all floors, levels and locations, including removing the damaged / loose portions of the OBD /Acrylic washable distemper together with lappam /POP/putty base by scratching with lappam putty blade, sand papering, thoroughly washing with water, filling the paint removed portions with putty, preparing the surface by sand papering, removing stains, oil marks, cob webs, etc., scraping, filling cracks, and crevices upto 1 mm width with approved crack filling compound, cost of all the materials, tools and plants, labour, scaffolding, cleaning, floors, removing office furniture / Lab equipment and rearranging back the same etc all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Applying knifing paste filler in two coats over entire surface area of wood surfaces including preparing the surface by sand papering, removing stains, oil marks, cob webs, etc., scraping, filling cracks, and crevices upto 1 mm width with approved crack filling compound, cost of all the materials, tools and plants, labour, scaffolding, cleaning, floors,all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Painting one coat of primer manufactured by M/s. Asian Paint or M/s Berger Paints or equivalent make on the existing oil bound / acrylic washable distemper or lappam painted surface of external/internal walls & ceilings and finishing the surface at all levels, floors and locations (upto maximum height of 25 m) including preparing the surface by sand papering, cleaning and removing the dust, dirt, oil marks, cobwebs etc., filling the cracks and crieves upto 1mm width with approved crack filling compound, and applying wall care putty of approved make wherever necessary for areas upto a 0.10 m2 (beyond this it shall be measured separately in the respective item) complete with cost of all materials, tools and plants, labour, scaffolding, cleaning floors, removing the office furniture / Lab equipment and rearranging back the same etc all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Painting on internal surface of ceilings and walls at all floors, heights and locations (upto maximum height of 25 m) using 1st quality Apcolite Premium Interior Emulsion paint of approved make in two or more coats over the existing painted surface or primer coated surface including preparing the surface by sand papering cleaning and removing the dust, dirt, loose painting, grease, oil stains, cobweb, fungus etc., and filling up small cracks upto 1mm width using approved crack filling compound and applying wall care putty wherever necessary for areas upto a 0.1 m2 (beyond this it shall be measured separately in the respective item) complete with cleaning floors, removing office furniture / Lab equipment before painting and rearranging back the same etc., all complete with cost of materials, labour scaffolding, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Synthetic Enamel painting in two or more coats using 1st quality SE paint- Apcolite Synthetic Enamel or Luxol Hi -Gloss Synthetic Enamel of approved make and shade over wood/steel /concrete/road kerb stones surfaces of internal areas at all floors heights and locations (upto a max height of 25 m) including filling up small cracks and crevices with approved filling compound, cleaning, washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly, sand papering wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
One coat of wood primer using 1st quality of approved equivalent make and shade over wood/steel surfaces of internal areas at all floors heights and locations (upto a max height of 25 m) including filling up small cracks and crevices with approved filling compound, cleaning, washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly, sand papering wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing of 2 feet X 2 feet, 33/36W (approx) LED panel light alongwith suitable driver in false ceiling including necessary connections from the nearby point wiring by providing suitable length of 3X1.5Sq.mm FRLS Wires in flexible conduit not morethan 3 mtrs for each light as per the instruction and directions of E-I-C. This includes cost of materials, transport, labour, tools & plants, ladder, taxes etc complete.
Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position 18 mm thick water proof ply of approved make for cupboard shutters/shelves/ partitions/frame work including and fixing fixtures such as hings, tower bolts, handles, magnetic catchers , locks etc. ( fixtures shall be paid separately in the respective items )with the cost of Fevicol, Nails/screws etc and cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Area of 18 mm thick water proof ply including beading fixed shall be measured for payment.)
Supplying, and fixing in position 1mm thick decorative lamination sheet of approved shade and colour of approved make including fixing either single or two or more pieces in combination different colour/pattern to the plywood with Synthetic Resign of fevicol and cleaning the surface all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge
General Notes: 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions 2. All the dismantled/ demolished materials shall be dumped at one place as decided by the department within the lead of 150.0mtr. 3. All the samples of materials which are to be incorporated in the work shall be got approved by the Engineer -In- charge well in advance. 4. It is the responsibility of the contractor to handover the dismantled items to Dept. At site. Contractor shall be held responsible for any shortage/ missing of dismantled items until handing over the same to department stores. 5. The contractor is required to pay his employees / labour as per the prevailing minimum wages approved by State/ Central Govt. The Officer In –Charge or his representative will witness the payment of contractor’s labour and is required to certify that the contractor does not pay less than the minimum wages approved. Payment to the contractor will be released only on such certification from Officer In –Charge. The contractor shall maintain 1. Register of Workmen employed 2. Muster roll 3. Register of wages etc. 6. Contractor shall quote rates for all items after considering cost of materials and labour components and all such conditions leads, lifts, safety precautions, security restrictions that are necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per instructions and site conditions. Security regulations shall be followed. 7. The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and GST, water charges, Labour cess seignorage charges etc. as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause on production of proof of payment as per CPWD norms. 8. The contractor has to follow all safety rules of the department and all safety equipments, PPE shall be provided to all workers engaged by him. 9. All the rooms are eqiuped with instruments . The contractor has to do the work carefully and with minimum disturbance to theemployess working in the lab.
