Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket bell or power) complete with all fitting such as batten, switch, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, socket and brackets switch fuse etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match the existing surface all as directed .

Taking down old unserviceable distribution board by disconnecting of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/MCBs, Isolators, etc., and making good to disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring for one light/ fan point/call bell controlled by one switch with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated-unsheathed, drawn in & including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia & sunken anodized pressed sunken boxes made out of not less than 1.0 mm thick sheet, covered with 2.8 mm thick laminated insulated cover make sheet for housing/fixing switches etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but 1.5 Sq mm for 5 Amp socket outlet on same board with 1.5 Sq mm earth wire complete.

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but 1.5 Sq mm for 5 Amp switch socket on independent board with 1.5 Sq mm earth wire complete.

M&L ,for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 with CI cover 10mm thick of size 300x300mm with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panel including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth test result should not less than one ohm.
