Construction of road from NH 08 Peratia to Garjee-Tulamura Road near Kalaban Market via Holakhet High School, Joalikhamar GP and Simsima Bazar Length 9.00 km under Gomati District, Tripura

SITE CLEARANCE

Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30 m outside the periphery of the area as per MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 201.

EARTH WORK

Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 metres. Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means with Dozer including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m ( average lead of 50 metres ), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per MoRT&H Technical Specification clauses of section 300.

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per MoRT&H Technical Specification clauses of section 300.

Compacting Original ground

(i) Compacting orginal ground supporting Subgrade. Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 for subgrade construction as per MoRT&H Technical Specification clauses of section 300.

(ii)Compacting original ground supporting embankment. Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.2 for embankment construction as per MoRT&H Technical Specification clauses of section 300.
