Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 Meter deep in any type of soil including cutting in slopes etc for laying of pipe line including getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers in soft / loose soil not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (Soil) to a distance up to 50 Meter from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Meter above complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable CI/GI pipe line 150 mm dia (including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pipe Ductile iron SS class "K7" 150 mm bore ISI marked as per IS 8329 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pipe Ductile iron SS class "K7" 200 mm bore ISI marked as per IS 8329 complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of CI/GI pipe line 150 mm dia (including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints using old lead joints recovered complete all as specified and directed.

S&F valves, sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN of size 150 mm bore supplied and installed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron 'D' joint set complete of two flanged collar one No sleeve two Nos rubber 'O' ring and nut bolts washers of suitable size for 200 mm bore CI/DI pipe complete including necessary cutting, grinding work to fix in pipe as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earth work required shall be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No 12 above but 150 mm bore CI/DI pipe

M & L for CI/DI fitting for spigot & socket end pipes such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), up to 200 mm bore including removing/ dismantling of old CI fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary form work finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for any type of structural steel sections, nut- bolt, washers, sheets, back plate, xpm mesh, wire mesh, bending, cutting in shape, welding, drilling holes, flanges including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication any type of MS pipe with flange, angle iron frame for valve chambers, cover made out of MS sheet of 3mm thickness and angle iron of 50 x 50 size with drilled hole and grouting in existing brick work with handles for opening of valves and with locking arrangement, making hole in valve chamber cover for insertion of MS rod of 12 mm dia along with valve spindle cap properly welded to ms rod complete all specified and directed.

M&L for tyton rubber gasket joints for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tyton rubber gasket joints for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring/drilling by mechanical/manual horizontally under the road in any type of soil with out cutting/disturbing the existing road and inserting the any size of pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI/DI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm with necessary excavation, returning filling in, steel work for cover using MS sheet 3 mm thick welded/hinged MS angle iron 40x40x6mm forged flat iron hinges, sliding type lifting handle of MS bar 12 mm dia all as per shown in drawing No TD/EM/12 complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out any type of soil.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 of 60 mm thickness, , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushion as in sub base/leveling course, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/leveling course, finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 50mm thick, laid over concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, and scrubbing down with water etc ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair face of brick/concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying of 2 coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of walls over coat of alkali resistant primer paint including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames for doors size 105x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs. hinges, lock strike plate, hold fast etc including filling of PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 in frame etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain 1.00mm thick, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates & similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including rounded headed screws, clout nails or rivets & fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including necessary welding, drilling hole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated semi corrugated, etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating profile sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.
