Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m inwidth or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including refilling required quantity soil and getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and filling coarse river sand of approved quality in foundations, plinths, under floors, pavements etc., including leveling, watering, ramming, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate) grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality, 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc., including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3sand : 6 stone aggregate) grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality, 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc., including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Plain cement concrete flooring of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make : 2 sand : 4 stone aggregate) using 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate and finished with a floating coat of neat cement, laid in panels as directed to required level and slope including provisions of chequered finishing, curing etc., all complete as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 sand : 3 stone aggregate) using 20mm and down graded stone aggregate of approved quality, cement is of 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in foundation and plinth, walls, floors, footings, pedestals etc. including the cost of centering, shuttering, leveling, ramming, consolidation, curing, etc., complete (excluding the cost of steel reinforcement) as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: Minimum Cement content considered for this item should be 400Kg/Cum.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade Fe415D/ 500D of TATA/ JINDAL/ SAIL/ VIZAG or equivalent make for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing of pre cast reinforced cement concrete covers/ slabs including the cost of reinforcement with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 200mm c/c, 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make, including shuttering, finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surface with 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.50mm nominal size) including transporting, placing, compacting, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) proportion over Brick/ RR masonry/ Concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifica-tions and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, including curing, provision of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying half brick masonry with Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in super structure including curing, provision of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Repairing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size), by re-using the available stone in foundations and plinth including removing/ dismantling the damaged portions of RR masonry, cleaning the clinging mortar on stones, disposing the debris, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: Existing stone to be used for repairs.

Demolishing Brick Masonry/ Concrete/ RR masonry work including removing and disposing the dismantled material at designated places and stacking of serviceable materials etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 OPC 43 grade Cement : 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast, 40mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth with neat cement punning, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Removing the existing Shahabad stone/ precast slab footpath, re-laying the pathway slabs and kerb stone slabs by raising the pathway to the required level (i.e. either to the road level or as directed so as to avoid water stagnation subject to a minimum of 150mm raise over the existing level), jointing with cement mortar 1:4 (1 OPC 43 grade Cement : 4 Coarse sand) etc., shahabad stone laid over a bed of 80mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (1 OPC 43 grade Cement : 4Coarse Sand : 8 approved stone aggregate 40mm and down) above sand filling of 100mm thickness to raise the foot path as above, confining sand filling sides with 3inch thick concrete wherever required including necessary excavation/ surface dressing, levelling the bed by filling required sand below PCC, filling wide gaps, if any in the laid shahsbad stone with cement concrete 1:2:4 Curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying of Ordinary Portland cement of 43 grade conforming to IS 8112: 1989 of approved manufacturer to the sectional stores as and when required all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing 'HOE' (Excavator cum dozer)/ JCB for miscellanbeous works at different locations as and when required including all operational cost to complete the job in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Disposal of debris such as building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials, excess earth, boulders unuseful concrete lumps, debris generated from various other works, unwanted materials including wooden and metal scraps, broken sanitary fittings/ fixtures, rejected cables, wires, rejected house holds, broken glasses pieces etc. accumulated in the surroundings of the various buildings, road/ footpath sides etc., in the various locations of colony including collecting, loading, transporting, unloading at dumping yard by mechanical/ manually means including levelling and dressing the spots from where debris is lifted with all labour, driver, consumables, profit etc. with all leads and lifts complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 1) Measurements will be taken as per Truck body. 2) Debris which cannot be loaded by JCB, has to be collected, lifted and loaded manually. 3) After removal of debris, the agency shall ensure proper leveling of surface.

Earth work in surface excavation in all kinds of soils not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth in near by low lying areas and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of brands (JINDAL/ JSW) or any other approved make (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches duringtransportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, or fixing with polymer coated "J" or "L" hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers along with wind tiles complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curve surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. etc.,all complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm with nuts, bolts and washers as required Including strengthening with 2mm dia wire complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade etc.,all complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing uPVC self cleaning Floor Trap/ Nahani Trap of size 100mm inlet and 75mm outlet having not less than 40 mm effective water seal, removing the old trap and fixing the new trap in position and connecting to the existing waste water lines with suitable specials as may be required with cement solvent/ as per manufacturer's recommandation, embedding the trap incement concrete 1:2:4 to correct level and gradient, providing and fixing 200 x 200 mm size top tile with central strainer & flat cover / flush strainer, closing the side inlets with plugs if required etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing following size uPVC UV Stabilised soil/ waste quality pipes and fittings (SWR) for soil, waste, vent, antisyphonege, HVAC waste pipe and rainwater pipe lines with Single socketed pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying uPVC UV-Stabilised Soil/ wastepipe as per IS:13592 Type A and IS:14735 Grade-B Fittings of Supreme' make (fittings will be measured as part of the line by linear measurement along the pipe line; and no separate payment is made. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard).ii) Laying the pipe below floor/ ground to proper slope and gradient for making connections of soil pipe line with inspection chamber or Manhole, waste water connection with Gully trap Chamber including the cost of cement mortar, cement concrete, waterproofing compound etc. iii) Jointing the pipe with Solvent Cement & Rubber ring gasket with making holes in walls/ floor grooving and redoing the same and brick support etc. Giving water-tightness test for the pipes laid as per codal provisions. Providing Ring Joint pipes at verticals and solvent cement jointed pipes at consealed locations. iv) Necessary cutting to the required length including short pieces, fittings with & withoutdoor, assorted fittings such as plugs, tees,couplers, reducers, cross tees, reducing tees, elbows, bends, cleaning pipe, single & double Y, vent cowl, gaskets, offsets etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Sealing of grooves and wide cracks with polyurethane sealant with suitable masking tape, PU sealant 40 of Dr. Fixit/SIKA/HUNTSMAN or equivalent make, as per site requirements and manufacturers specifications over prepared surfaces; by pushing in Grout in paste form and coving 20 mm x 20 mm after applying a coat of Zycosil & Zycoprime or equivalent solutions etc complete at all levels and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 1st Quality Anti skid ceramic floor tiles of Size 300 x 300mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) conforming to IS 15622 with ISI Mark of approved make (Somany/ Johnson/ Kajaria or equivalent approved make), in all colours except white, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red and Brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) in floors joint with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make and shade (Somany/ Johnson/ Kajaria or equivalent approved make), in all colours , shades of any size as approved by Engineer, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests with 100 mm uPVC "P" or "S" trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures (Hindware/ Parryware/ Cera or equivalent approved make) complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever requiredall complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cutting V groove 10 mm wide 15mm deep along the cracks found in construction joints or in RCC wall surfaces, cracks, joints between RCC lintel cum sunshade and wall; RCC beam/wall junction (on external side) etc.; cleaning the surface to make the area dust free etc. complete as per specifications, and as directed by the engineer

Providing and laying 18 mm thick water poof plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with water proofing compound and finish coat 6 mm thick 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) with approved water proofing compound added @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, including neat cement modified with approved polymer on top of plaster surface, in repairs to plaster including cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints, removal of loose old plaster, hacking, preparation surfaces, curing, scaffolding wherever required etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: No extra claim/ cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams.

Providing and fixing Stickers of name letters (in English or up to trilingual) and models as required over acrylic/ wood/ steel surfaces etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing floor mounted, white vitreous china single piece double traps syphonic European type water closet of Parryware/Hindware/Cera make and approved model, shape, size and pattern including integrated white vitreous china cistern of capacity 10 litres with dual flushing system, all fittings and fixtures with seat cover, cistern fittings, CP brass nuts & bolts and gaskets etc., making connection with the existing sewer line including removal & handing over of old water closet to the sectional stores etc., complete in all respect as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge
