Servicing and cleaning of VRV System No 1 (54 HP) unit installed at MH Jodhpur main bldg terrace outdoor unit by cleaning/washing with appropriate chemical/detergent of whole unit and removing the dust particles, cleaning of all parts inside of unit and minor replacement parts such as nuts, bolts, screws of any type upto satisfactory completion all as specified and as directed Make : Daikin

Servicing and cleaning of Cassette unit (Ceiling mounted) of VRV System of any make any capacity installed at various location in NEW MH and Adm Block Jodhpur including Filter Wash, Cooling / Evaporative coil wash and remove the dust, replacement of all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- 1. Servicing of ceiling mounted cassette type will be carried out two times in a year (62 Unit x 2 =124 Job) as per directed.

Servicing and cleaning of Air Handling Unit(AHU) indoor type for VRF system of any make any medel/capacity installed at various location, including Filter Wash ,Cooling/Evaporative Coil Wash and remove the dust particles, cleaning/greasing of all part including minor replacement parts such as nut bolts screw of any type for system units upto satisfactory all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- Servicing of AHU units will be carried out two times in a year (04 Units x 2 = 8 Job) as per directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Compressor upto 06 HP 420 Volt for outer unit of VRV System of Make Daikin any capacity including taking down unserviceable all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Compressor Invertor Type upto 06 HP for outer master unit of VRV System of Make Daikin any capacity including taking down unserviceable all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and gas charging refrigerant gas 410 A or as required for system up to required level incl connected work including pressure testing with nitrogen before filling regrigerant gas in VRV System of 12 to 18 HP make Dakin complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Nitrogen test/Vacuumization using vacuum pump will be incuded on quoted rates only

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement unserviceable Heat Exchanger/Condensor for Out door unit upto 18 HP of VRV System of DAIKIN/VOLTAS any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

M & L for taking down unserviceable burnt Electric exhaust (Condensor) DC fan Motor of any type and size capacity from VRV outdoor unit and fixing after repairing and servicing rewinding on existing location with proper fitting and testing after completion of work as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,fixing and testing of Invertor PCB for Out door unit of VRV System of DAIKIN/VOLTAS any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing of Mother Board / Main / Control PCB for outdoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing of filter PCB for outdoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing of Power / Over voltage PCB for outdoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing of Fan PCB for outdoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing of Expansion Valve assembly for outdoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing in replacement of high pressure / low pressure switch for outdoor unit of VRV System incl all connected work with pressure testing of nitrogen before filling regrigerant gas in VRV System of 12 to 18 HP make Dakin complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Refrigerant Gas 410A will be paid separately (ii) Nitrogen testing will be included on the quoted rate only.

Supply and fixing Return Air Sensor for indoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Display Sensor for indoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Drain Pump for indoor unit of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Bearing suitable for existing AHU of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Expansion Valve for AHU of VRV System of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

M&L for repair/servicing/maint of PCB for indoor unit cassette type of VRV System with remote complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable PCB for indoor unit cassette type of VRV System with remote of any capacity including taking down unserviceable.

Taking out old damaged VRV cooper tubing insulation and supply and fixing for tubing insulation with nitrle insulation of thickness 13 mm and including the following:- (a) M & L for cleaning the surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust,grease and other foreigen material, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakages. (b) M & L for appling rubber based adhesive CPRX compound.

S&F in replacement of MCB, C Curve type, 10 kA, 100 Amp, TPN with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing security light termination/junction box of size 300x200x105mm, weather proof, along with connector for 3 phases suitable for fixing MCB TPN upto 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Make : Sintex / Hensel

M&L for attending VRV System faults at New MH /Adm bldg to check for serviceability of continuous cooling effect rectifying including carrying out minor repairs / replacement etc as required to make VRV System functional, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Any other replacement of major items shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Minor items will be included on the quoted rates only.

Prevantive maintenance and cleaning of the following Air cooling plants filters (Pre AIR Filters and Honey comb filters) by use of liquid soap solution/detergent powder including minor replacement of defective parts of Air cooling plants- 20 Nos electrically operated installed in MH Jodhpur area complete all as specified and directed of the Engr-in-Charge for for Air cooling plant 4000 CFM, installed at MH main bldg terrace Make : CAIR (01 No)

Supply and fixing angle Base frame (with anti vibration pads) suitable for electric motor of Air Cooler system upto 14000 CFM. Note : - Base frame should match as par existing unserviceable frame and should be fitted in proper location by matching the alingment of system with blower fan upto satisfacory condition as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing angle Base frame (with anti vibration pads) suitable for electric motor of Air Cooler system upto 28000 CFM but above 14000 CFM Note : - Base frame should match as par existing unserviceable frame and should be fitted in proper location by matching the alingment of system with blower fan upto satisfacory condition as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for taking down unserviceable water pump set upto 01 HP capacity from foundation dismantling pump motor for servicing/ replacement of unserviceable bearing, gland bush and rewinding of motor reassembling after repair/servicing reinstall on existing location & testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply &Fixing in replacement Water Pump set upto 01 HP capacity for Air cooling plant installed at MH Jodhpur complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Gate Valve/butterfly valve upto 25 mm for water control for Air Cooler unit including taking down unserviceable

Supply and fixing Float Valve with complete tab assembly 20/25 mm including taking down unserviceable.

M&L Pre Air Filter EU-4 type for fresh Air for Air Cooling Unit including taking down unserviceable and as per directed.

M&L for filter Honey Bee Pad of size 8" thickness for air cooling system installed various location at New MH as per existing including taking down unserviceable.

Supply and fixing Complete Canvas Clothes (Zip arrangement) with S/S body frame of suitable size of any description as per existing and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out old damaged AC duct insulation and supply and fixing for duct insulation with Alluminium laminated (for UV protection) with nitrle insulation of thickness 13 mm and including the following:- (a) M & L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust,grease and other foreigen material, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakages. (b) M & L for appling rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. Note:Insulation work can be carried out upto 3rd floor MH

Supply & Fixing in replacement Automatic starter complete unit suitable for capacity upto 10 HP motor including connected accessaries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for painting of Air cooling system upto 14000 CFM inner body, scratch and remove old rusting materials with sand paper and after necessary painting will be done through one coat with red oxide and other coat with enamel based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for painting of Air cooling system above 14000 CFM upto 28000 CFM inner body, scratch and remove old rusting materials with sand paper and after necessary painting will be done through one coat with red oxide and other coat with enamel based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
