Water Treatment Plant Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioing of packaged water treatmen plants(unconventional type) of 0.5 MLD capacity with(20 hours operation) comprising of Lamella Clarifier, Static Mixture Flocculation Tank(SMFT), Multi grade Filter(MGF) with bes quality filter media, Lime/coagulat/ polymer dosing system, hype chloride dosing system, raw water feed pump/ clear water transfer pump (either or) sludge transfer cum recirculation systme, filter feed pump & back wash pump, including all fittings like valve and other specials fittings and elcetrical power supply to the different supplied units with MCB panel, internal electrification with lighting arrangement within treatment plant site with provision of chemical storage and water testing laboratory facility should be from a reputed manufacturer/ authorised distributor/ authorised dealer confirming to releavant IS code and certified by ISO 9001-2008 & 14001. It also includes cost of civil foundation interim clarified water tank, inter connecting pipe lines from raw water inlet to CWR and applying internal Epoxy paint on the supplied equipment this rate exclude of allied structure/ items which are site specific such as external electrification, approach road, foot bridge , coffer dam, compound wall, SCADA and automation CWR , pumps etc . This rate is inclusive of 5 years O & M. As per letter no. - 5045/dt-02/06/18 of RWS & S, BBSR(O) (As per Annexure-A) (The contractor is to approve all structural design & drawing from State Technical Agency IGIT,Saranga /CET,BBSR /VSSUT,Burla /NIT,Rourkela/IIT,BBSR /PMEC,Berhampur at his own cost)

Supplying all materials labour T&P for construction of Compound wall .Laying, testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as UPVC,HDPE,ASTM, G.I /CI pipes line etc along with required fittings & specials and construction of valve chamber,,individual house hold connection, , installation of submersible pump with motor in deep Tube well etc.as per detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mention in Schedule-I in DTCN and in ( Annexure-B to D). Materials as required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per Schedule-I in DTCN and as per direction of Engineer in Charge . All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m without any likage in the entire PWS system as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

300 KL On Ground Sump Design, drawing, construction, errection, testing & commissioning etc of RCC On Ground reservoir or Sump of 300KL capacity with dome shape covering using RCC M25 grade by supplying all materials, labour, equipment T & P including testing of soil to ascertain the SBC & other parameters required for design etc fitting & fixing of suitable medium grade GI pipe of 150mm make confirming toTata/Jindal/Sail/Nezone to IS specification of required length CI/GI of 150mm dia for PW to OGR & OGR to rising main including in-let, out let, over flow& fixing of CI paddle collars on the wall of container, CI manhole cover at dome(2 Nos.) with water level indicator, Fixing One number of 150 mm dia C.I Non- Return valve, Fixing three number of 150 mm dia C.I Sluice valve,construction of Four numbers of Valve chambers,MS ladder outside the reservoir, Aluminium ladder inside the reservoir RCC vent with brass jally etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge.
