Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm (One decimal six millimetre) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m (Twenty five millimetre into five millimetre) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm (Twenty five millimetre into Twenty five millimetre into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 (two) number 75mm x 75mm (Seventy five into seventy five millimetre) of 12 (Twelve) SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450x 450x600mm (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre), 600mm (six hundred millimetre) below ground level. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm (Seventy millimetre) width and required message, letters, figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 x 47mm (Forty seven into forty seven millimetre) of 12 (Twelve) SWG Square tube of 3050mm (Three thousand fifty millimetre) height duly strengthened by 25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimetre into five millimetre) MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x 600mm (Four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre), 600mm (Six hundred millimetre) below ground level as per drawing and Technical Specification section 1700 including painting angle iron post with primer and two coats of epoxy paint and as per the directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
