COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF STAND BY DG SET UNDER GE KOTA AT MIL STN KOTA

Material and labour for servicing/overhauling and 'B' checks comprising of the following for generator lubrication system of under mentioned DG set engine and alternator & AC Generator: - (i) M&L for replacement of engine oil of 15W 40 conforming to CK 4 APL Category. (ii) M&L for replacement of lubricating oil filter elements (iii) M&L for renewal of super lub oil by pass filter elements (iv) M&L for cleaning/change crank case breather (v) M&L for checking of aneroid oil & cooling system. (b) Fuel System : M&L for renewal of fuel filter elements, oil change breather, throttle linkage, Air piping (c) Cooling System : M&L for renewal of coolant in Raditor, check heat exchanger, nuts/bolts, adjust injectors and valves, M&L for renewal of tappet cover gasket. (d) AC Generator : Check of winding condition, oiling and greasing of bearings, tuning of exciters, rotating AVR function. Renewal of unserviceable bushes & including assembling and testing complete all as directed. Notes : (i) The servicing/overhauling & 'B' checks of DG Set shall be carried out through the original equipment manufacturer's authorised dealers or their Auth service centers only. (ii) Cost of Engine oil, all type of filters i.e. fuel filter, bypass filter, oil filter, coolant, breather, air pipe, tappet cover gasket to be included in the quoted Rate:- (a) 500 KVA Capacity Make : Engine : CROMPTON GREAVES Alternator : CROMPTON GREAVES

(f) 40 KVA to 82.5 KVA Capacity Make : Engine : Kirloskar Alternator : Jyothi

(g) 5 KVA to 25 KVA Capacity Make : Engine : Ashok Leyland/Kirloskar Alternator : Kirloskar/Jyothi

Supply & fixing in renewal of coolant additive concentrator confirming to CK 4 API category complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in renewal of water hose pipe of DG sets of capacities 500/ 250/ 180/ 160/ 125 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.
