Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similarholes) each in n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in layer n.exc 25 cm in hard and dense soil and removal of soil exc. 100m but n.exc 500m and deposting where directed by E-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, in any type soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soil exc 250m but not exceeding 500m & depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface with Broaken stone or boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type -B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete , sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, M.S work as in Roof trusses (framed) Fe 410-W (Gde -E-250) quality-A, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bands, straps, rungs, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete as specified and directed.

S&F 11 to 15mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other end, or screwed both ends, each screwed and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm and n exc 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated of any colour aluminium door shutters, aluminium section like lock rail, bottom rail 115mmX38mmX1.00mm thick and top rail and vertical rail 100mmX38mmX1.00mm thick mm including necessary jointing cleats/glazing clipx, rubber neorene paking, handles 02 Nos in each door, locking arrangment, aluminium snap beading screw etc, complete all as specified and directed. (panels likes prelaminated particle board / sheet glass shall be measured and paid seprately)

S&F powder coating anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators or partition with one or more rebates including aluminum beading, hinges of required size jointing cleats, screws, dash, fasteners, pug for fixing with wall, columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative laminatiion on both sides flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc.complete all as specified and directed as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

S&F 3mm thick acrylic transparent plain sheet (premium quality), weather and thermal S resistance having light transmission @ 92%, tensile / flextural strength at 23 degree temperature 70/120 MPa respective fixed in roof and wall cladding fixed on mild steel framed work Sheet to be fixed with either 100mm overlapping at any sides/ends in horizongal/vertical position including filling silicon to prevent any type of leakage/seepage or to be covered with super strong adhesive water proofing tape of 6 inch wide The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5 5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (Note: Sheet should supplied in a protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length)

M & L forVirified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick dark shade double charged/ultracharged (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed inwhite or colour cement to match with shade and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour glossy finish, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in plinth protection laid in alterrnate panels and finish even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement or cement lime plaster/Grit wash of any description and in any position on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making holes in electric/street light poles of any height or in any shape, by means of drill machine and drawing of 1.5 sqmm x3 core cable through the hole from junction box to the hole on the top of pole near the street light fitting complete with all electric connections complete all as specified and directed. (Rates of the cable deemed to be included)

S&F 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe bracket 1.50 m long bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two Nos of FI clamps 40x5 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of pipe TATA / Jindal / Swastik / Prakash / BST or any other ISI marked make approved by GE.

Supplying and fixing in position Junction box made of SMC/FRP sheet ready made of size 300 mm x 200 x 105 mm having 100 A Capacity RYB and neutral aluminium bus bar of 3 mm thick duly fitted on suitable insulator . The gasket should be internally embedded, and made of Polyeutherene. Box shall be suitable for up to 35Sqmm cables including one no. MCB SP 230 volts 6 amps and connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm FI clamps,nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & testing 90W LED street light IP66 Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium High power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens, complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make- Crompton/Havells/C& S/Bajaj/ Shakti. (Note :- GI pipe bracket and clamp shall be measured and paid seperatly under Sch "A' relevent item)

M&L for earthing complete for bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (2020) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
