Fabricating, supplying, conveying, lifting and erecting tubular post of overall height 11.70 m using 150mm and 125mm of Heavy duty G.I. Pipe sections having ISI mark and of approved quality(TATA , ZENITH , APOLLO) as per the drawing erected on a RCC footing, using 1:2:4 CC with nominal reinforcement and 6 Nos. of PCC well steining having 0.9m dia and 0.30m height with a muffing of 0.6mx0.6mx1.0m and 8 numbers of 20mm dia 2.80m long MS foundation bolts having 150mm long standard thread on both ends and 3Nos 20mm and 2Nos 20mm nuts at the top and bottom for each bolt . The post is to be provided with a 20mm thick MS flange of OD 300mm with 8 nos of 20mm bolt holes and a base plate of 450mm square 10mm thick with 8 Nos 20mm dia bolt holes embedded in the concrete 1.8m below ground level. The post should have a 1500mm dia ring made out of 50mm heavy GI pipe with cross supports using 40mm heavy GI pipe at the top for mounting the luminaries and its control gears. A 10mm thick MS flange having OD 300mm at 1200mm below the first ring mounted to the post . The top of the pipe should be sealed with 125mm table F Dummy flange.12mm dia wire rope is to be provided for the entire length of the post as mechanical support for the cables to the luminaries. Inverted Y arrangement using 50mm heavy GI pipe and flanges at the top and 75mm 4kgf/cm2 PVC pipe with bend to be provided in the concrete muffing for taking out cables. 8 x 75mm stainless steel Bolt & Nut shall be used for fixing all the flange covers.The post is to be painted with two coats of Industrial Epoxy paint and subsequent two coats of UV resistant polyeruthene paint of approved quality and colour over two coats of best quality Industrial Epoxy primer.All steel items shall be dip galvanised.

Supplying IP66, IK 10 rated 200W NW flood light luminaire with body of aluminium extrusion having luminaire efficacy >= 120lumen/watt supplied with IP67 rated best in class LED driver. Preffered make:Keselec-K Flood 200W- NW

Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of departmentally supplied flood light luminaire with lamp on the existing tubular post of height upto 15m from ground level.

Fabricating and supplying special clamping arrangement for fixing an asymmetrical beam integral LED flood light on 50 mm dia GI pipe ring with two clamps each made out of 50 x 6mm MS flat and 8x40mm SS nuts and bolts for one luminaire. The clamps are to be linked with 40x6mm MS flat with suitable holes 8mm ,10mm or 12mm size with suitable size SS Bolt& Nut to fix the luminaire. All the items are to be painted with two coats of epoxy based industrial primer of approved quality and two coats of best quaity synthetic enamel paint of approved colour as per drawing.

Supply and fixing Cable Junction Boxes IP 65 for outdoor applications (Thermoplastic Polycarbonate ) suitable for cable sizes 2.5 sq.mm ,80 X 80X 52 mm Cape model Abox i025 or equivalent and accessories for Cable Junction Boxes such as Copper Terminal Set 2.5 sq.mm 5 Pole 1 No,Support for Terminal 1No including fixing the accessories using suitable size Stainless steel Bolt and nut, giving necessary connections, making good the damages etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle).

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia nominal bore B class G.I. pipes with ISI mark complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc.

Supply and installation of wall mounting cubicle type dust and vermin proof CAPE make CA 63a 540 x 270 x 205 mm Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester Enclosure IP66, IK 10 outdoor meterbox or equivalent with provision for fixing KSEB meter, cut out & Neutral link and 25A , 16kA TP MCCB, with sufficient holes for fixing KSEB electronic energy meter, cut outs and neutral link. Supply and providing 1No of 25A,16kA ,Triple Pole MCCB with rotary drive kit , 1 No of 32A HRC fuse units with 20A HRC fuse link and 1No 32A 2way neutral link in the meter portion. Necessary holes are to be provided in the box for entry and exit of wire. The inter connection should be done using 6.0 sq.mm copper wire.
