Supply and election of Goodridge Almirante type M.S. pedestal made of 50 mm *50 mm * 6 mm angle Iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S. sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and looking arrangement with the Godrich type handle including round bars. The to covering should have a downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal, having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides, at top and bottom, each set containing four No’s. holes to discharge the heat produced by suitable size to make it water proof . SITC of 8 MTR high Decorative Pole , having lower section OD 114 MM and top Section 76 MM Dia , made of GI Pipe as per IS 1239, Square mild Steel plate should be joined with the pole at the bottom through welded joints with 4 no circular holes suitaible for M12 Bolts . The pole must have a decorative casting at the bottom and at the Middle sectiuon, The pole should have window cutting 300mm x 70 mm weather proof flush door and locking arrangement for housing of the pole to accomodate electrical accessories (Bakelite plate and connector ) for power supply connection . The window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole and is provided in bottom section of the pole, the body of the pole shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface as per IS2629 and IS 2633. The pole shall have a decorative casting at the top of the shaft . The decorative pole shall be duly pre-treated and painted UV resistant coating in approved color shade. The coating Shoukd have a DFT of 80-90 Microns, Entire Unit Shall be given an extensive three stage treatment with PU based etch primer , Zinc phosphate primer and PU paint of approoved color and prescribed for such surface to make it absolutely rust and corrosin proof. The pole Should have double arm decorative bracket with U Shape bracket , each bracket arm lenght of 1000mm and dia for hanging the fitting should be 48MM with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work.
