Supply of 19 Core x 2.5 sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade copper conductor armoured, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed control cable confirming to IS 7098 (part-I) with upto date amendments and complete as required.

Supply of 7 Core x 2.5 sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade copper conductor armoured, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed control cable confirming to IS 7098 (part-I) with upto date amendments and complete as required.

Supply of single mode Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) having specification as follows: No of Fibres: 6Core with different colours. IMFD: 8.8µm to 9.8µm / 50 µm to 62.5 µm/ Cladding Diameter:125 µm ± 1 µm Transmission Characteristics: Attenuation at 1310nm : <=0.36dB /KM Attenuation at 1550nm: <=0.23dB/KM Attenuation at 1625nm :<=0.26dB/KM

Supply of 63 mm Dia, PE-63, 4 Kgf. HDPE pipe (ISI marked) along with all accessories like socket, bend, coupler etc. confirming to IS 4984 with upto date amendments as required.

Supply of 50 mm Dia, PE-63, 4 Kgf. HDPE pipe (ISI marked) along with all accessories like socket, bend, coupler etc. confirming to IS 4984 with upto date amendments as required.

Laying and fixing following dia HDPE pipe in ground complete with necessary pipe couplings including trenching (80 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required. Upto 63mm Dia, PE-63, 4 Kgf.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable/control cable/OFC cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/conduit pipes as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable/control cable/OFC cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface/Cable Tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc. as required. 100 mm dia.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper thimbles for XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size and complete as required. 19 C x 2.5 Sq.mm (28mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper thimbles for XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size and complete as required. 7 C x 2.5 Sq.mm (20mm)

Fixing and Termination including splicing of 6 Core OFC cable in accordance with SPLICE CLOSURE FOR OPTICAL FIBRE CABLES TEC/GR/TX/OJC-002/03/APR-2010 using required SC/LC or any other relavent type path cord etc. and complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 14 SWG thick CRCA sheet, powder coated, fully enclosed, outdoor type (IP 54) Control panel Box having size not more than 700mm (H) X 800mm (L) X 350mm (D) with hinged door and with locking arrangement and having 10 Amps connectors suitable for 2.5 Sq.mm wires upto 30 no's mouted on suitable sized din rail and provision of internal cable guidance tray for control cable wiring and dressing, etc. and the control panel box shall have floor mounting arrangement (base mounting channel) including supply and making civil foundation (for minimum height of 450 mm) for mounting of panel above the pedestal. Note: Provision of cable entry at bottom (for input and output) and rain roof canopy on the top of Control Box and have provision for earthing at both sides.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Dismantling, Shifting, Installation of existing ALCMS (Make: Electrosystems) control desk with monitor from existing ATC tower to New ATC tower (6th floor) including interconnection of cables, testing and commissioning and also include in the following and as required: a) Shifting/ Transportation from existing ATC Tower to New ATC Tower including securing and fixing with propoer nuts and bolts, necessary fabrication work like cutting / making holes of MS chequered plate / phalse flooring tiles and cieling the same, making suitable frmae with MS angle / channel supports for installation at New ATC Tower. b) Interconnection of power / control / OFC cables and integration with ALCMS (master and slave units) c) Provision and fixing required connectors / SC / LC path cords, RJ45 connectors etc. for necessary interconnections / integration of ALCMS. d) Painting of the ALCMS control desk with approved colour.
