Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in truehorizontal level suspended on interlockingmetal T-Grid of hot dippedgalvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick(galvanized @ 120 grams per sqmincluding both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm oflength 1200mm and secondaryintermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mmof length 600mm to form grid module ofs1ze 600x 600mm, suspended fromceiling using galvanized mild steel items(galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm.Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle ofsize 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mmto be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters) exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each complete all specified and as directed.

M & L for one coats of distemper oil emulsion including preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed work complete all specified and as directed.

M & L vitrified ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick dark shade (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 to match complete all as directed and as specified.

M & L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on internal fair faces of Brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth W/O using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 30mm thick solid MOLDED WPC door (Confirming as per IS: 4020) made from extruded 3D engraved embossed design with pre-laminated on the front side deep mold on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600 Kg/Cum. Manufactured by an ISO: 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.

Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 30mm thick WIRE MESH SOLID PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles and 15 mm x 15mm for top, lock & bottom rail. M.S. frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make manufacturer. 19mm x 19mm M.S. square tubes shall be covered with heat moulded plain sheet 'C' channel made from 5mm (+0.25) thick PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cum manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company of size 30mm thickness, 90 mm width out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 15 mm shall be bent in 90° angle on either side forming stiles, one of the 90° bend edge is cut from stiles as welll as rails to nail from inner side of door to hide wire mesh fixing steel screws. 5mm(± 0.25) thick 115mm wide PVC sheet out of whcih 100mm shall be flat and 15 mm shall be bent in 90° on the inner side to torm top and bottom rail and 130mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be bent in 90° on both side to form lock rail. An additional 5mm(± 0.25) thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive. Panel will be of GI/ SS wire mesh of 24 gauge to be fitted inside area of stiles & rails. The wire mesh in top, bottom & lock rail is sealed with 15 mm x 15mm tube with steel screw of size 13/6 mm. 10mm (5mm x 2Nos) thick PVC strip of 25mm width is to be stuck & nail on both side of G.I wire mesh interior at the top, bottom and lock Rail, 10mm thick (5mm x 2 Nos) thick, 20mm wide cross on sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail Door to fixed to frame with 3 Nos MS powder coated butt hinges size 100mm x 25 mm x 2mm and 32mm long steel and drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the M.S Tube other hardware should be fixed with 19 x 6mm size steel screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.

Material & Labour for Providing solid WPC door frame size 125x65mm single rebate made from single extruded process material density 850 Kg/cum. The door frame should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (including unscrewing from boards/out-let boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc.), removing materials off the site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC casing capping/ concealed conduit (ISI marked) with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including MS pressed steel cadmium plated terminal box not less than 1.6 mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover(ISI marked) including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm(nominal area) copper multistarnded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete as per existing and site requirement and all as specified for one light point/Exhaust fan/ceiling fan controlled by one switch Note : Wiring Color code i.e. Red for Phase, Black for neutral and Green for earth shall be maintained.
