SCHEDULE 'A' PHASE-I

Excavation in post hole each n exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil all as specified

M & L Cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type B2,1 : 2 : 4, (40 mm graded aggregate)

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses, posts, purlins and rafters including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 - 1998 grade St - 240

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

M&L for providing 4mm thick designer shingle mat of any colour, design pattern at any height and slope comprising of mineral stabilized reinforced fibre glass high grade asphalt overlaid with high strength ceramic coated granuals on mineral stabilizer fire-retardant coating including sealing ridge/ valley liner cover laid with forced torch gun over 16mm thick cement asbestos plain sheet fixed with self tapping screws and joints sealed with matching colour silicon complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. (Make : Saint Gobain or Equivalent)

Suspended false ceiling system using Chicago metallic (E - grid) exposed suspended system, grid size 600mm x 600mm comprising of GI powder coated Main Runner of dimensions 39mm x 24mm x 0.8 mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4 mm+ PPPCGS/0.3 mm & weight of runner 1.35 kg for 3600 mm length), Cross Tee of dimensions 29mm x 24mm x 0.8mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4mm + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of Tee 0.195 kg for 600mm length) and Wall angle of dimensions 22.2mm x 22.2mm x 0.65mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI / 0.35mm + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of angle 0.70 kg for 3050mm length) with and including 4mm thick non as asbestos cement fibre boards textured designer board, water resistant, termite resistant, fire resistant for insulation a to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins/RCC slab with butterfly clips (wt-0.007 kg/clip), hold down clips (wt-0.0035 kg/clip), with provn of light fixture complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directedand applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of surface .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 complete.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4complete all as specified and directed

M&L Hardcore of guage n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L providing 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2,1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation

M & L 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey colour cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006

M&L 12 mm dia Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n exc 15cm long →

M&L dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :6

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick

M&L for approved earth filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, rolled, levelled and rammed including watering

M&L for approved manure in the ratio 3 : 1, breaking the clads with wooden sludges and treating the soil with pesticides (ie. Bevitine and Neem cake, MHC 10% linson dust, thinment and forate, super and vermi compost, neem compost and cow dung in the ratio 1 : 3) with suitable moisture bed with suitable moisture bed or bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying of lawn area and planting of carpet Australian turf Grass of approved quality including water spraying etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and planting Foxtaill/Bottle Palm of height 8 to10 feet including digging pit size 0.90 x 0.90 x 1.20m filling with manure pesticides and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plantation of Saplings/Plants including excavation in any type of soil for pit size (3 feet x 3 feet x 4 feet), surface dressing and application of Anti termite treatment and filling the pit with DAP & urea or any othr fertilizerB36:B37s suitable for the plant with the mixture of 50% black cotton soil obtained from excavation ,25% red/sweet agriculture soil and 25% cattle composed manure obtained from outside of defence land as approved and removing surplus soil to a distance 50m and lift upto 1.5 m. and lift upto 1.5m. Planting the plants in the pit, watering and fill the pit with water till soil become saturated as required basis according to the type of plant. Note : Minimum height 6ft the following varieties of plants/ trees (Ornamental/ Seasonal/ Non seasonal) (a) to (g) are required to be plantedand maintained.

(a) Any decorative tree/ ornamental plants (Mayur Pankhi/Deshi Champa etc)

(b) Bottle Palm/Coconut

(c) Fycus Black/Fycus Panda

Supplying and planting Mehandi minimum height 2 feet including digging pit size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.30m filling with manure pesticides and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

PHASE-II

Maintenance of plants (as per item No 6 to 9 here in before) deploying one gardener per day by regular watering, dewatering, pruning, trimming, de-watering, removing/ adding earth cleaning, removal of dead leaves and disposal to a place as directed by Engr-in-Charge including supplying of insecticides as and when required for the relevant items of BOQ. Maint period start from the date of physical completion of Phase - I work as mentioned in BOQ. Note (a) The quoted rate includes salary of gardener/bhisti, cost of replacement of plant/ grass/ shrubs/ hedges/creepers etc, including planting against casualtyif any during the maintenance period. (b) The rates includes maintenance and upkeep of plants, removing weeds, adding fertilizers and insecticides etc, upto 12 months from the date of completion of Phase - I work.
