Providing and fixing MS round holding down bolts/anchor bolts\foundation bolts etc of specified size and diameter with nuts, washer complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing Sandwiched roofing panel made of 9-10mm thick XLPE/PUF having density of 30-35 kg/m3 sandwiched between 0.40mm (+-0.05%) TCT PPGL sheet with Al-Zn coating 150gsm in upper skin and PPGL/Aluminium sheet in lower skin. Steel sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws applied only on ribs of the sheet with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvalume sheets (PPGL) (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.45 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness, Al-Zn coating 150 grams per sqm Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvalume sheet (PPGL) ridge 0.45 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness, Al-Zn coating 150 grams per sqm self drilling/self tapping screws complete:
