Leak testing of condensing & evaporator unit for performance and pressure testing etc for 1.5/2.0 TR capacities split type AC's and repair with brazing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Charging fresh refrigerant gas for 1.5 TR/2.0 TR capacity split type AC's as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing , fitting & fixing of hermetically sealed reciprocating compressor for 1.5 TR capacity split type Acs replacing old one as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing , fitting & fixing of hermetically sealed reciprocating compressor for 2.0 TR capacity split type ACs replacing old one as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fitting, fixing of blower motor of AC's after rewinding in/c necessary replacement of bush, shaft etc with complete varnishing as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fitting, fixing of scroll motor of indoor unit of AC systems as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Replacement of running capacitor as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of starting capacitor as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fitting fixing of PCB circuit as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in/c testing and commissioning (except Installation) of Split type High wall split A.C. Machine with Inverter Compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391 (Part-II) specification (Evaporator & Condenser must have copper pipe) suitable for operation on 230 volt +- 10%, not less than 3 (Three) Star rating (2019 Standard), 50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air Circulation, d) Filtering as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. i) 1.50 TR (4,500 Kcal/ hr.)

Standard installation of 1.5 TR/2.00 TR capacity High Wall Split type type Air Conditioner in/c repairing of drilled wall by cement mortar, painting In/c necessary insulation of copper pipes and also providing electrical 3 pin 16 amp Plug Top for connection in socket & necessary scafolding etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Fabrication of M.S. platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S. angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts & bolts or cradle of suitable sizes i/c fitting, fixing grouting by cement mixer, painting, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of 5/8" and 1/4" diameter or suitable diameter for suction and liquid line in a set and wrapping of copper pipes between indoor and outdoor unit (1.5 TR & 2.00 TR AC) beyond the standard length as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and connecting Electric Control cables between indoor unit and outdoor unit beyond the standard length . 3C X 2.5 Sq. mm copper cable.

Providing hard PVC pipe of good quality of at least 25 mm diameter including necessary clamping and fittings for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
