Stage Craft

Stage Floors Providing fitting & fixing wooden stage floor as per direction of the Engineer–in–Charge /Consultant Arrangement of Stage floor by providing, fitting and fixing of runners of size 75mm x 75mm with 600mm centre of approved quality anti-termite painted M. Sal with M. S. clamps and nuts bolts. Leveling is to be done with wooden blocks to provide passage for cabling for sound & stage light system. 2Nos.12 mm thick Phenol bonded BWR ply (Century / Green/ Sylvan make) to be fixed on the above runner with screws and nails, finished with 8 mm thick AC-4 Grade wooden interlocking flooring of size 192 mm x 1202 mm (make : Green/ Amstrong) fixing arrangement and finishing the entire wooden floor. (WORK TO BE CONSIDERED AS ONE LOT)

Stage Facia Providing, fitting and fixing stage facia panel to be made of 50mm x 50mm Malayasia Sal wood frame work 600c/c. The frame work is to be covered by 9 mm thick Phenol bonded BWR Ply IS 303 to be fixed over 4 mm thick approved natural teak Veneer Ply to be pasted on top The bottom edge of the fascia to be covered with polished teak wood skirting of size 100mm x 12mm and top edge of the facia will be covered with 75mm / 50mm /25mm moulded wooden beat,complete with french polish etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (WORK TO BE CONSIDERED AS ONE LOT)

Wooden Moulding Supplying, fitting and fixing decorative teak moulding on sal wood chowkhat of door frames with teak plank of 75mm x12 mm thick with necessary fixing arrangement and finishing the entire wooden floor with gala polish.Entire work to be done as per specification and direction of E.I.C. Acoustic Door & Acoustic Wall Panelling of Auditorium

Providing and fixing "Acoustic door shutter" as per Drawing No. BM–BGR–32/17 and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (WORK TO BE CONSIDERED AS ONE LOT)

Supplying, Fitting and Fixing of wall panelling (one side) with 9 mm thick bevelled edge polyester fiber board panel over supporting wood framing consisting of 2" x 1" C.P. Teak wood as horizontal members at 600mm C/C (Max) and intermediate vertical members at 400 mm c/c (Max). Gap between wall and 9 mm thick polyester fiber board shall be filled up with polyester wool insulation (25 mm thick) whose specification is given below. Shade and texture of Veneer sheet for wall panelling should be got approved by the competent authority. Polyester wool insulation : a) Thickness : 25 mm , b) Density : 20 kg / m3 c) Thermal Conductivity : 0.034 w/m.k , d) Acoustic insulation with NRC : 0.80 e) Fire retardant , f) Completely non toxic and itch free g) Temperature range of – 15 to 120 degree C.
