| 9M & L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based madified polymeric membrane as per manufacturers instructions with following course of description below:- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg / sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg / sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms /sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface Fixed with hot molten bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm by forced applications as per manufacturers instructions with side over lap of 100 mm and end overlap of 150 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg / Sqm over APP membrane. Note:- The work of water proofing shall be carried on double storyed bldg and treatment shall be got executed by authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company warranty to be submitted by the contractor. | |||||
