SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: E/M WORKS

Taking down carefully ceiling fans at any height 3.5mtr from the floor of any sweep/ make / model after disconnecting the electric connections and dismantling , cleaning the complete body and renewal of split pins , cater pins , coupling bolts, terminal adaptors, screws, nut sspring washers for blade/body etc and replacement of components/ accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor , canopy, shackle pins assembly and assembling all parts incl hanging and fixing in the same position and connecting back the electrical connections and testing for its safety ,satisfactory performance complete all as specified and as dirtcected NOTE (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relavent items of schedule under supply only (ii) rewinidng of the fans motors, painting will be measured and paid separately (iii) Labour element for fixing of spares parts and removing old unserviceable items are deemed to be incl in quoted rate (iv) Material, arrangements for safety tools and items required to work at heights is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. Each complaint to be supported with the job card of the under format and the rates quoted are deemed to be incl of necessary stationery chargers

All as per item 1 above but for Exhaust fan Metal body 600 sweep complete all as specified and as directed(Note : that the work to be carried out at heights of 10-15 mtrs from the GL and rates quoted to be incl of hiring of heavy duty manupulator suitable for the mentioned ht and ensuring safety of the workers working at that ht. The workers should be covered with suitable inusrancy policy by the tenderer and this will deptt will not be liable for any accident while repairing/ replacing the fans and rates quoted are deemed to inclu of all the rates ) (FORMAT AS PER ITEM ABOVE)
