Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Assembly, inspection, Testing at manufacturer's work before dispatch, packing, supply & delivery of HT/LT Stay set complete with M.S stay rod of 16 mm. dia 1800 mm length ,one side formed an eye and welded with internal dia 40 mm with one thimble and other side of the rod is threaded & fitted with 2nos of suitable hexagonal nuts and with one round washer of 3mm thickness complete with M.S.anchor plate of size 300 X 300 X 8 mm thickness i/c turn buckle of length 356 mm. with 300 mm. long threaded adjustable 16 mm. dia. MS rod and thimble as per ISS:2141/1979 having minimum tensile strength 700N mmsq.The entire rod, plate, thimble, nuts & washer should be not dipped galvanised as per IS: 2637-1972.

Tension fittings (cross arm straps with bolts and connector). ii). Tension clamp adopter. iii). Conductor Tension clamp complete.
