Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from GI charpoys and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing plywood BWR type BB (ISI Marked) of size 2000mmx900mm, 12mm thick ,7 ply including providing MS flat iron of size 40mmx4mm, 900mm long (03 Nos on each charpoy) at the different points of the charpoy to support the plywood. The plywood and flat iron shall be fixed with 09 Nos nuts & bolts of size 65mmx6mm by drilling the holes in flat iron and plywood. The gap between GI pipe & plywood shall be filled with plywood 3.5mm thick 50mm wide as directed due to 3 ways elbow between the plywood and long rail/short rail. Plywood fixed for filling the gap shall be jointed to main ply with fevicol complete all as specified. The exposed surfaces of flat iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
