Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 Single Loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 Modules & upto 200 detectors and modules (per each loop) complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:- The panel shall have the capacity of storing upto 2000 events and duly approved by UL/FM. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFF respective control module when ever any alarm is triggered. The panel should have inbuilt common Alarm, Fault and monitored sounder output. The panel shall have a 8x40 characters LCD display with resolution of 256 X 112 pixels, and analog output, external/ inbuilt printer to log all fire or fault events complete in all respects. The Panel Should have protection category of IP30. Also the panel should have the option to operate in manned and unmanned mode. The Panel Shall have 99 Zones with Individual LED Indicators or with in the Loop mimic driver for 96 LED indicators. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free 24 AH, 2 x 12 volt SMF Lead acid batteries capable of running for a minimum of 24 hours with battery charger complete as required . Panel also compatible to integrate UV-IR flame detectors in same panel with panel power supply. Note 2:- Contractor should submit layout plan of installation of detector, MCP, UV-IR detector, Fire Alarm Panel and repeater Panel and complete Fire Alarm System and Foam Monitor installation(complete layout of fire fighting system) before commencement the work. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Addressable type Active Loop Repeater Panel (Loop power/external power) Fire terminal, Backlit LCD Display 6x40 characters display, having Controls for Reset, Mute, Accept, Silence alarms and Self Test with programmable free Keys and Duly approved by UL/FM (repeater panel should be placed in Guruda Fire Station) complete all as specified and directed. Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Addressable type Flame detectors with UV -IR tripple layer detection capacity UL/FM approved ( add up cost of module to be a complete set, the type of module shall be relay type module) complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, FRLSH,electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm ,2 core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Make:- FINOLEX / POLYCAB/ HAVELLS Note:- Cable shall be suitable for connection detector,MCP,UV-IR detector,fire alarm panel , repeater panel and complete fire alarm system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Loop Isolator Module, isolates against short circuits , providing approx after 20 detectors complete all as specified and directed. Make:- NOTIFIER / HONEY WELL /EDWARD / MORLEY Note for item No. 3 to 9 :- The items shall be UF/FM approved.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of foam monitor 63mm dia long rangeoperation (minimum 50 mtr),360 degree rotating/oscillating manually discharge 1800LPM operated suitable for 100 mm dia pipe line with dual jet suitable for water and foam discharge ,UL/FM/CE certified or LPCB approved for foam water application,including foam liquid containers fitted with listed proportioning, devices 300 Ltr of AFFF concentrate (UL) including necessary excavation and PCC work complete all as specified and directed Make:- EVERSAFE/NEWAGE/SRI/MAHAVIR

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and commissioning of Class "C" heavy duty GI pipe of 100mm dia conforming to IS:1239 including fittings like elbows, tees, reducers,flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc., fixing the pipe in the ground and painting in Red colour with two or more coats of synthetic paint over a coat of etch primer on open to air surface complete all as required and specified. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Gun metal fire brigade in let connection 4 way for connecting to external fire hydrant ring main consisting of two Nos 63mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in check valves and 150mm dia, flanged outlet complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. EVERSAFE/NEWAGE/SRI/MAHAVIR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in hard/ dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia as in cable protection laid in trenches, wall / floors & supporting of UG cable suspended in air where necessary etc complete all as specified and directed.
