EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Materials and Labour for Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 Mtr internal dimension using sub class-'B' bricks in CM (1:6) plastering in cement mortar (1:4) externally & internally extended to 15 cm below ground level including PCC bed 10 cm thick in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 with MS frame fabricated by angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm complete with top cover of 3 mm thick MS sheet & locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer including demolition of old unserviceable damged valve pit complete all as specifed & directed.

Materials and Labour Cutting / boreing of existing road / path, hardstanding etc and water pipe to protection with iron cover plate for passing cable or water pipe and making good the disturbed road top surfaces with following cement concrete all type, using of suitable depth and finished with speed breaker complete all as specifed & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply & Fixing PVC cable terminal boxes, outdoor type of size 155 mm x 210 mm x 92 mm with MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps including all necessary fittings and connection including one complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Suply install commissioning and testing floor mounted outdoor cubical type LT Feeder Pillar Box (CPRI tested and confirming to IEC61439 Part 1&2 ) of size 1800 x 1650 x900 fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet and angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof both side hinge opening arrangement on front and back with locking arrangement cable entry and exit from bottom with cable glands and gaskets, Aluminium bus bar fixed on porcelin insulators with internal wiring with suitable size of Aluminium strips to be used for incoming and outgoing connection of all switches/MCCB'S & Bus -bar . of 300 Amp 4 WAY . Bus- bar shall be insulated with colour code sleeves/tapes and to be connected with Aluminium lugs, including two coats of synthetic enameled paint on the surface externally & internally over a coat of red oxide primer paint incl locking arrangements . necessary PCC (1:3 :6) TYPE C2 as in foundation all as directed , comprising of the followings: (LT Feeder pillar box should be powder coated colour)

INCOMER :- (a) 200 Amp MCCB 4 Pole 35 KA - 01 No OUTGOING:- (b) 63 Amp MCCB 4 Pole 16 KA - 03 Nos ( 02 working + 01 spare) (c) MCB TPN 63 Amps including street light timer system with ML2 contactor system. (d) Bus bar 300 Amp 4 way. (e) Digital type Ameter, range 0 to 630 Amp with slector switch and CT. (f ) Digital type Ameter, range 0 to 500 Volt with slector switch and PT. (g) Indicator lamp RYB.
