Supply of 7.5 HP Multistage vertical type submersible motor pump set giving minimum discharge of 160LPM at total head of 130mtrs consisting of water filled, SS body squirrel cage induction motor suitable to operate on 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply with impellers, water sealed lubricated bearings, tie-bars on studs bolts for connecting the pumps together suction casing, sleeve coupling to connect motor shaft to the pump shaft along with all accessories complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 415V, 50Hz, AC supply totally enclosed with self standing floor mounting, cubicle type, dust and vermin proof, inside compartmentalized, Double door , IP65, outdoor type, sloped roof feeder pillar fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet with Bus bars, earth bar connections including internal wiring with suitable sizes wire/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated, painting etc,. The outdoor feeder pillar shall have provision for bottom cable entry, including supply and installations of following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories in the outdoor feeder pillar and as per technical specifications. Supply of 3.5C x 70 sqmm size of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098:1988 Part-I with upto date amendments complete as required.

Supply of water proof PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor industrial flat cable of 3C x 4sq. mm of 1.1KV grade suitable for submersible pump motor etc., complete as required.

Supply of 4C x 10 sqmm size of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098:1988 Part-I with upto date amendments complete as required.

Supply of 50mm nominal bore dia, standard class (20Kg/cm2), ISI Marked coupler type uPVC pipe with standard length of 3mtrs each, suitable for up to 7.5HP submersible water pump set etc., complete as required.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of 7.5HP submersible pump set in the existing bore well up to depth of 400feet including erection of uPVC pipe, laying of submersible cable, tying the cable at suitable intervals, provision of nylon rope and arranging the suitable mechanism for installation of complete set etc., as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying of 63mm size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 50mm size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 70 sq. mm (38mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4.0 X 10Sqmm (25mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of upto 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required.

Supply and fixing of SMC junction box of inside Dimension 250mm(L) x 250mm (B) x 160mm (D), on the MS stand made out of 25mmX5mm strip of length of 0.6 mtr including providing of fixing 1no, 63A, 4Way connector, connections etc., complete as required, Model No. GSJB2525

Dismantling, Shifting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Outdoor LT panel including removing of panel from existing base, removing of all incoming(two incomers) and outgoing cables(5 outgoings),Making PCC platform for the LT panel and installation of same panel, including connections as required as per site condition and as per direction of E-I-C.

Supply and fixing of 10mm x 60mm GI Double bolted type clamp set suitable for pump installation up to 7.5 HP submersible pump, job include provision of four nos. of 12mm Nuts and bolts with washers etc., complete as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing of 6mm thickness GI covering plate with fixing arrangement upto 200mm bore well pipe. Including bolt and nuts with washers etc., complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of Horizontal type, Screwed female end, ISI marked Non-Return /Check Valve of 50mm dia with Bronze body and Bonnet, SS Disc and body seating ring suitable to install in the existing GI water pipe line including plumping etc., as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 50mm dia flange type horizontal water flow meter of maximum working pressure of 1MPa hydraulic pressure having CI body suitable to install in existing GI water pipe line including providing flanges, bolt and nuts, gaskets, plumping work etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of 50mm dia "C" class (heavy duty) G.I. Pipe including bends, couplers etc., as required and suitable for connection with existing uPVC/GI water pipe line etc., as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.
