The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30 mm tapped inside near the hole (100 mm above from the base) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe.The box to be painted with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint The C.I. mould of foundry grade pig iron shall conform to latest IS.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type Runway Turnpad Light fitting with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material and installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of secondary plug & receptacles, connections, earthing etc. and includes supply of all accessories/materials required for commissioning excluding fitting, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles, conforming to technical specifications etc. complete as required.
Laying of 01(one) no. Secondary Cable along with 01(one) no. 1x4 sqmm. wire for earthing, in Runway Pavement at suitable depth (as per site requirement upto 0.18 m) including Kerf cutting by suitable cutter machine, binding the secondary cable with earth wire and covering the same with cotton tape for protection as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, making end termination of earth wire with shallow base of inset fitting and isolating transformer housing box, cleaning, filling the gap with backer rod and suitable sealing material (as per site requirement) above the cable, finishing, making good the runway surface and matching the same with existing runway surface level, painting the surface (if needed), cleaning the area etc. complete as required.
Laying of 63 mm dia HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (upto 750 mm below ground level) with excavation of cable trench, getting out the excavated soil, dressing of sides, refilling the trench with excavated soil after laying of HDPE pipe, ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as per site requirement etc., complete as required., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.
Laying of 200 mm dia HDPE pipe alongwith its necessary accessories like coupler, end plugs etc below the ground (i/e Road crossing, Apron, Taxiway, Runway Crossing etc.) at a depth of 1.5 m to 3.5 m through Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) etc. complete as required.

M-10 Stainless Steel bolts etc. conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.
Installation of MS cable looping box of size 750 mm (L) x 360 mm (W) x 400 mm (H) in soil by necessary soil excavation, connecting existing pipes along with existing cables at the pipe entry holes and providing cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 all around & 1:3:6 at bottom of the box of 100 mm thick respectively, making pedestal of 300mm brick soling & providing 100mm thick cement concrete of 1:2:4 all around the box over brick soling by making suitable slope , providing 1 no. 300 mm long, 15 mm dia, B class GI pipe for drain and fitting the same at bottom hole, refilling disposing off surplus earth, including centering & shuttering etc. as required, fixing cover plate with 12 nos. Writing of maximum 2 inch size letters/numbers on the surface of cover plates of housing boxes/cable looping boxes etc. as required by suitable paint of White colour .
Construction of Masonry Chamber (Outer Dimension : 1.5m (L) x 1.5m (B) x 1m (H)) by excavation of soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres, dry brick pitching at bottom (i/c supply of bricks), Providing & laying in position 1:2:4 cement concrete (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) over brick soling as per site requirement, Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S bricks of class designation of 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in all levels, Providing & laying 12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc. as required and providing RCC cover of thickness 150 mm etc. complete as required. (Note: The design of Cover should be such that it is maintenance friendly and the same to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge prior to installation at site)
Making connection of 5 KV grade, 1 x 6 Sq.mm Copper conductor primary cable with plug & receptacle (but excluding cost of plug & receptacles) including filling the gap with water sealed material applying HT and PVC insulation tape of reputed make etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.
Supply and Installation of Cable Route Marker of top size 40 cm X 40 cm and having bottom size 60 cm X 60 cm and height 40 cm, made of cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), excavation of soil for installation to a depth upto 40 cm, refilling etc. The concrete route marker to top finished with inscription of words complete as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe medium class from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required etc. conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type, floor/wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor LT panel, IP 42, suitable for 415V ± 10%, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalised modular design from CRCA steel of 2mm thick frame work and covers i/c cleaning and finishng complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, bottom base channel of MS section of suitable dimensions, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, Front Locking arrangement openable hinged type door in front, solid/flexible connections from main bus bar to switchgears and from switchgear output to cable termination in cable alley with required size of Al conductors/busbars including making connections with existing aluminium busbar of existing LT Panel at 90 degree angle and providing protection by enclosing the extended busbar in metallic compartment, control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLSH), cable alleys, cable gland plates including providing following switchgears/accessories as per specifications: OUTGOING 100A FP MCCB 36 kA - 02 nos. 63A FP MCCB 36 kA - 10 nos. Note: All breakers breaking capacities shall be Icu=Ics. All thermal based release MCCBs shall be compartmentalised and provided with inbuilt O/L, S/C protection & E/F module with CBCT or Earth fault relay with required CT releases shall be provided. All MCCBs shall be provided with ON, OFF & TRIP indication lamp (LED type) with 2A SP MCB and 1 set Rotary operating mechanism and terminal expansion spreaders (Note: This panel will be an extension of the existing panel. The busbar of this panel will be connected to the busbar of adjacent existing panel in suitable enclosure- length upto 1.5m)
