Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 meter above ground and removal of rubbish up-to all lead and lifts, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Cutting in earth work by mechanical/manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and transportation of the unuseful materials for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load, and mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of all surplus excavated earth/soil upto approved dumping site, which shall be arranged by the contractor at his own, and shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (Fifteen centimeter), layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work shall be the absolute responsibilty of the contractor.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. upto plinth level. for mass concrete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (c) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M- 30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction ofEngineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Reinforced cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (One white cement isto Two stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade :- One face dressed, White sand stone, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Stone soling properely hand packed filling interstics with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm (Five to Twenty centimeter), behind retaining walls, in the required thickness, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. weepholes 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) diameter pipe in brick masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls,retaining wall extended through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : (a) For fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm (Five milimeter) thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm (One point four milimeter) in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm (Zero point six three milimeter) all complete. With 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) alumimium U beading , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (One cement isto four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. including rubbing and polishing complete. 25 mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab 25 mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick in risers of steps,skirting dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying vitrified (anti skid) tiles 10 mm (Ten milimeter) thick in flooring ( 600x600) (Six hundred into Six hundred ) laid on a bed of 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement isto Three sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.+ Providing & fixing wall tiles in skirting 10 mm (Ten milimeter) thick , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm (Ten milimeter) thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm (Six hundred into Six hundred into Ten millimeter) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

White/Colored glazed tiles/Dado tiles 8mm (Eight milimeter) thick in skirting, risers of steps and dados laid on a bed of 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement. (300x600mm) (Three hundred into Six hundred ), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 100mm (One hundred milimeter) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement plaster 1:5 (One cement isto Five coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm (Six milimeter) thick cement plaster 1:5 (One cement isto Five coarse sand) finished rough with sponge , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm (Six milimeter) thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862 , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections including cutting,hoisting, fixing,in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint . In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm dia welded in straight lenght over M.S. flat at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & balusters of railings shall be mesaured & paid separetely , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at theend by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm (Twenty seven point five centimeter) long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80 x1.25 mm (Eighty into One point two five milimeter) M.S. laths with 1.25 mm (One point two five milimeter) thick top cover, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point Six zero milimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm (Sixty centimeter) overall 0.60mm (Zero point Six zero milimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimeter) dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing 15 cm (Fifteen centimeter) wide 45 cm (Forty five centimeter) overall semicircular plain G.I. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (Forty into Three milimeter) size bolts & nuts with washers etc. including making necessary connection withrain water pipe complete as per design in 0.63 mm (Zero point Sixty three milimeter) thick. Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 2mm (One point Six six to Two milimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. 110mm (One hundred ten milimeter) dia pipes, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC Plain bend 110mm (One hundred ten milimeter) dia, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Readymixed primer , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat on new concrete masonry/plaster surfaces with readymixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shadeincluding cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with paint other then white, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with readymixed paint acid resisting brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 (Eight to twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimeter) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth upto approved dummping site including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight to ten) tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density 90 mm to 45 mm (Ninety to Forty five milimeter) size stone aggregate G I, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
