Periodic servicing of the Backhoe Loader CASE-I by way of Providing and Fitting of Filter set– 01no., M oil Filter – 01no., Fuel filter-01 no., air filter-01 set, trans filter-01 no, hydraulic filter-01 no. Job also includes Providing and Filling of M-oil – 15 Ltrs., Axle Oil – 20 Ltrs., Transmission oil – 20 Ltrs., Hydraulic oil – 110 Ltrs., Coolant – 15 Ltrs. P/F of hose pipe 3” – 01 set etc. The job includes the cost of the rubber material, nuts and bolts with washers and labour charges for the complete work.

Repair of the Loader assembly of Backhoe Loader CASE-I by way of removing old/worn-out cutting edge from the Loader with the help of gas welding and p/f of New M.S. Sheet 20 mm thick along length of loader, Job also include nominal hardening and facing of loader along the length of M.S sheet that is arc welded and attached with the Loader assembly, job also include welding and repair of cracks and structural reinforcement, bucket bush replacement- 02 sets, cleaning, sand blasting and painting of bucket. Job includes cost of material along with carriage, labour charges, hire charges of tool and tackles.

Repair to differential of CASE-I by way of removing the differential of machine from machine dismantling it completely then providing fitting of new crown pinion assembly crown pinion bearing and crown pinion seal and differential casing in place of damaged/worn out crown pinion assembly crown pinion bearing and crown pinion seal and differential casing reassemble the differential back on machine and testing The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes..

Repair to steering cylinder of the CASE-I by way of dismantling from the machine then removing damaged / worn out parts from the cylinder, cleaning / polishing inner bore of the cylinder, repairing by way of P/F of new spares i,e piston-01No., Bush-02 Nos., seal kit ( rod seals, wipers, o-rigs)-01 kit., cylinder barrel repair, alignment and pressure testing, Job includes cost of material to labour charges also hire charges of tools and tackles, complete job to be executed at site

Job includes labour charges, cost of material and also hire charges of tools and tackles, complete job.

Repairs to the Front and rear wheel of machine CASE-II by way of dismantling it, removing worn out bushes, Nuts, Bolts and P/F of new Bearing-4 set.), lubrication of hubs and joints, valve stem-4 no, tightening of bolts, nuts and torque check, Job also include inspection of tyres and puncture repair, wheel alignment and wheel balancing, Re-assembling of unit and fitting of new bolts.
