REPAIR MAINT REPLACEMENT OF LT ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INCL ALLIED WORKS OF OTM ACCN AT SECTOR C2 UNDER GE UTILITY AMBALA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes, for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT cable and stay assembly etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Ser item No 1.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in perpendicular direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Ser Item No 6.00 here in before but except bricks, all as specified and directed. Note:- Old bricks retrieved from Ser Item No 11.00 here in after shall be re-used.

Boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique or manual boring and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 50mm to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 80 mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

All as per Item No 9.00 here-in-before but of size 50 mm bore.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks if required short qty and joint shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing in replacement of XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 10 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall incl aluminium thimbles/lugs also including taking out bricks etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks, returning filling will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Taking down old unsv Prestressed Concrete LT pole and supply and erection of Prestressed Concrete LT pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mm at top and 102 x 279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing cement base paint over one coat of red oxide primer and also providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Taking down old unsv Steel tubular LT pole and supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles 9.0 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230x230x6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed incl taking down old unsv stay assy complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall include the cost of loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation, PCC, stay wire, stay bow, turn buckle, nuts etc.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished even and fair all complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for surface cleaning of LT steel tubular poles 9 mtrs long including removing rusted particles painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including stand cross arms, bracing, supports,clamps eye hooks, security light bracket clamps etc providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC

Material & Labour for surface cleaning of LT Prestressed Concrete pole 9 mtr long including painting with two coat of cement base paint also marking black & white strips alternatively 30 cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paint and repairing of and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall includes the repairing of coping with cement / PCC.

Material and labour in replacement of Loop insulator Porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified & directed.

Material and lobour in replacement for shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm hight, 90 mm dia, section of strip 30mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor and material and labour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of size 6/1 x 2.59 (Weasel) and 6/1 x 2.11 (Squirrel) or other existing type conductor ISI marked for LT over head lines on poles including stretching, tightining of poles insulator with winding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable cross-arms and material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified & directed.

Loose filling in substations, under poles, under transformers of hard core broken to gauge not exc 63 mm broken stone/boulders incl leveling and spreading lime stone powder under stones complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour in replacement of steel nuts, bolts, washers of any size required at site complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LT line separators 1100 V grade PVC spacer to separate LT conductor from each other 5 line as per IS complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Ser Item No 43.00 here in before but for 4 line .

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing of any type and description but provision of earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm, 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 25x4 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc including testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

All as per Ser Item No 45.00 here in before but for connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn through 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering GI funnel.

All as per Ser Item No 45.00 but using copper plate 60×60cm, 3.15mm thick electrode and 32×6 mm GI strip as earthing lead.

Material & Labour for tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tensions and maintain verticality of poles, including re-jointing the conductors in position with new binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Repairing broken Door, Locking Arrangements, Hinges, etc. of LT Panel/ Feeder Pillar/ Pole Box, Indoor/ Outdoor type of any size, necessary welding, drilling as reqiured, Replacing Door, Locking Arrangements, Hinges, etc. if ordered, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Cleaning, Scraping of Exposed Surfaces of LT Panel/ Feeder Pillar /Pole Box, Indoor/ Outdoor Type and applying One coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (Paint & Shade as approved) with Spray Painting Machine including Writing MES No. and Machine No. with Black Paint, Letters 50mm High and 15mm Wide, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for shifting of heavy items / excavation / cleaning areas / cleaning site by providing crane/hydra / excavators /tractors/ trolley etc as required at site complete all as specified & directed.

Repairing of existing unserviceable PCC coping of LT/HT pole by breaking completely and material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 600X600X300mm including form work and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Chemical spray (DC 2.26 contact cleaner) in container of 415 ml/300g for precision blended multipurpose product for prevents corrosion penetrates, lubricants, displaces and seals out moisture release rusted mechanisum cleanese etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviciable board and supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board of size 600 x 750 sqmm made of ACP sheet of 3 mm thick fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 4mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 750mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with radium red colour, letters and border with radium white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fastners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unsv bus bar chamber of any size and Material and labour for Bus bar box outdoor type of size not less than 90 x 60 x 40 cm totally enclosed dust and vermin proof floor mounting with hinged doors and locking arrangement fabricated with 3.15 mm thick including cable glands , cable connection with lugs, grouting the angle-04 Nos below ground level PCC 1:3:6 of size 300 x 300 x 300 mm, over the PCC 1:4:8 of size not less than 400 x 400 x 150 mm,bolts,nuts,washers etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note: Bus bar box comprises the following items: - (a) Incomer - MCCB 4 pole,415 Volts, 315 Amps, Adjustable thermal and magnetic release with breaking capacity of 35 KA - 01 No (b) High grade aluminium busbar of capacity 500 Amps-04 Nos (c) LED lamps for RYB indication - 01 set.

All as per Ser Item No 64.00 here in before above but comprises the following items: - (a) Incoming - MCCB 4 pole,415 Volts,250 Amps, Adjustable thermal and magnetic release with breaking capacity of 35 KA - 01 No (b) High grade aluminium busbar of capacity 400 Amps-04 Nos (c) LED lamps for RYB indication - 01 set.

Material and labour in replacement of broken earth pit of size 300x300x300 mm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers as required at site with testing result complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking down old UNSV LT Feeder pillar & Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of factory fabricated outdoor type feeder pillar board of size 1000mmX900mmX500mm, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system having 80% area as perspex sheet of min 5mm thickness and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able with arrangement of pad locking on both doors incl 2 No. of pad locks of three keys shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, incl aluminium power coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 type test certificate with not less than IP-54 comprising of the following - (a) MCCB 125 Amps TPN, 25 KA adjustable type (incoming) - 01 No (b) MCCB 63 Amp, 16 ΚΑ ΤΡΝ 415 volts AC, (Outgoing) - 03 Nos. Dismantling and taking down old UNSV LT Feeder pillar and Supply, installing, testing & commissioning in replacement of outdoor type cubical LT feeder pillar panel box size 1.0Mx0.8Mx50Cm with double door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and rear openable double door system and cable alley (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/openable by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, incl Aluminium bus bar of 200 A , tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 type test certificate with not less than IP-56 and breaking capacity 65 KA comprising of the following :- a) Incoming MCCB 100 Amps, 16 KA 4 pole 415 Volts AC, -01 No. (b) Outgoing MCCB 63 Amp, 10 KA, 4 pole 415 volt AC, -02 Nos. Material and Labour for Detecting of fault in cable HT/LT with fault locator equipment supplying of HT/LT electric supply (11 KV/430 Volts) to make the HT/LT cable serviceable with Straight through joint of size 70-400 Sqmm complete all as specified & directed. Note: - (a) The HT fault which is detected through cable fault locator will only be paid under this item. (b) Transportation charges of cable fault locator and DG set deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single HT fault and no delay on this account will be acceptable otherwise penalty will levied Rs 500.00 per hour. (d) Straight through joint , 95 to 400, sqm, Labour charges, excavation and making joint deemed to be including in quoted rate.

Trimming of Tree branches around the sub station, solar plant area or falls into OH lines of HT/LT & minimum clearance of 3 Mtr from branches ,proper shutdown will be taken and maintained in the register including any type of T & P required complete all as specified & directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 171045.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
