1 Portable Barricade in Construction Zone (Installation of a
steel portable barricade with horizontal rail 300 mm wide,
m in length fitted on a 'A' frame made with 45 x 45 x 5 mm
angle iron section, 1.5 m in height, horizontal rail painted (2

4 Providing and laying DENSE GRADED BITUMINOUS
MACADAM (DBM) as per gradation and bitumen for mixing
shall be as arrived from mix design, provided in no case it
shall be less than 4.5% for Grade II by wt. of total mix as
binder by batch mix type hotmix plant and laying by sensor
paver finisher including consolidation by rollers as specified
including providing and operating plant, sensor paver and 292.00 2886.58 MT
machinery, cost of fuel, oil lubricant and labour charges, tests
requied to be carriedout including cost of aggregate and filler
(if found required as per mix design)etc complete (including
cost of providing bitumen )

percentage shall be less than 5.4% for Grade II by Wt. of total
mix as binder by batch mix type hot mix plant and laying by

Expansion Joint
9 Replacement of Expansion Joint :
Dismantling the Existing Expansion Joint by Pneumatic
Breaker without damaging to the existing reinforcement and
removal by cutting with Gas Cutter and Breaking of Concrete
up to 0.5 m on both side of joint by Mechanical means
including Disposal of malba/debris and Fixing of New Strip

Removal of existing affected, distressed, loose cover concrete
including loose damaged concrete from all structural
members up to beyond the corroded steel reinforcements to a
depth of 10 mm minimum behind the reinforcement only at
affected concrete (Good & sound concrete should not be
chipped / damaged) by chipping / hacking with chisel and
hammer or by mechanical means like pneumatic machine, air

specification without causing detrimental effect to any part of
the bridge structure and removal and disposal of debris at

11 Rust removal & Applicaton of Anti-Corrosive Coating for
Cleaning of rust / scales / corrosion from reinforcement bars
should be carried out using rust remover, Reebakleens RR of
Fosroc or any other equivalent. The material is to be applied
to the rusted metal bar, using brush and leaving it to dry for
30 Min. & washing surface with fresh water as required to
exposed reinforcement bar & then treat the steel with epoxy
based zinc rich anti corrosive primer Nitozinc Primer over the 32.00 525.00 sqmt
steel rebarrs. The zinc rich primer shall be applied at
microns dry film thickness and shall have salt spray
resistance of <5 mg for 96 hours as per ASTM B-117 and
adhesive bond strength > 1.5 MPa as per ASTM
D4541,etc,complete.at all heights, including all material,
labour, tools, plant and machineries complete as per detail
technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
and/or Consultant.
12 Providing and applying cement mortar (1:3) modified by
using polymer and expanding grout additives at 25 mm
thickness for repair / strengthening of various RCC elements
at all floor levels, lead, lift, including breaking, chipping,
dismentling existing cover concrete and exposing existing
reinforcement, applying wirebrush for making surfaces of
steel and concrete free from rust and other loose materials, 10.00 1208.00 sqmt
applying rust removing chemical on existing reinforcement,
applying anti-corrosive coating on existing reinforcement,
applying polymer bonding agent on existing concrete surfaces
before applying polymer modified mortar in specified
thickness as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
13 Providing and applying cement mortar (1:3) modified by
using polymer and expanding grout additives at 50 mm
thickness for repair / strengthening of various RCC elements
at all floor levels, lead, lift, including breaking, chipping,
dismentling existing cover concrete and exposing existing
reinforcement, applying wirebrush for making surfaces of
steel and concrete free from rust and other loose materials,
applying rust removing chemical on existing reinforcement,
applying anti-corrosive coating on existing reinforcement,
applying polymer bonding agent on existing concrete surfaces
before applying polymer modified mortar in specified
thickness as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
14 Epoxy Mortar:
Providing and applying high strength abrasion resistant three
component epoxy Mortar Nitomortar S of Fosroc on the
prepared concrete & Reinforcement Surface for thickness
upto 50mm in horizontal locations and upto 12mm in
vertical locations in a single application. The substrate should
be primed with Epoxy primer Nitoprime-25, it shall be 20.00 4555.00 sqmt
applied not more than 30 minutes before application of Epoxy
Mortar or as per Manufacturer Specification. The cured
mortar shall achieve a compressive strength of 60 N/mm2, a
flexural strength of 20 N/mm2 and a tensile strength of
N/mm2 when tested at 7 days.

15 Providing and applying thixotropic Making up lost section of
concrete / mortar with thixotropic repair mortar of one
component, normal-setting, shrinkage-compensating,
thixotropic mortar for layers up to 50 mm thick. Supply and
application of one-component, normal-setting, shrinkage
compensating thixotropic mortar made from cementitious
binders, selected aggregates, special additives and synthetic
polyacrylonitrile fibres, for reconstructing deteriorated
concrete structures. Apply the mortar after adequate
preparation of the substrate by removing all deteriorated
concrete to form a sufficiently-rough, solid substrate with no 20.00 2460.00 sqmt

17 Polymer modified microconcrete (for repair thickness
more than 50 mm):
Providing and laying of special repair material micro-concrete
for reinstatement of members having thickness of repair more
than 50mm and jacketing, using Single component, high
strength, high flow cementitious micro-concrete having
compressive strength minimum of M40 at 28 days such as
Renderoc RGL of Fosroc or equivalent, blended with washed
saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded, low absorption, high
density, aggregates of size 3mm to 10mm at 50% by weight
of micro concrete (if thickness is 100mm or more) and water 1400.00 44.00 KG
as per data sheet and pouring into the shuttering if required
than use birds peak type form work using suitable
arrangement or if required using pumping device for uniform
flow of Microconcrete. The side shuttering can be removed
after Minimum of 24 hours, preferably 3 days and the bottom

19 Low Viscous Epoxy Injection for Dry Cracks in concrete
Providing and executing injection/pressure grouting in cracks
in the parent concrete by fixing Aluminium nipples at
mm to 200 mm distance or specified distances as per design
and detailed specifications, open cracks in V groove (5 mm x
5 mm) and fill the same using Nitocote VF - epoxy putty.
Pressure grouting using low viscous epoxy grout Conbextra
EP 10(M)- Moisture insensitive epoxy resin injection material
supplied in 1.5 Litre pack which can grout gaps ranging from
0.25mm to 9mm, having mix density

20 Providing and fixing in position M.S./ TOR reinforcement of
any dia. for RCC Piers, Abutments, Pier caps, Bed blocks,
girders, deck slab, etc. as per detailed drawings and
schedules including cutting, bending, hooking the bars,
binding with wires including drilling holes in the concrete for 0.25 76210.00 MT
fixing reinforcement and filling the same with epoxy,
scaffolding as required including welding the new
reinforcement with existing one as required and directed etc.
21 Providing and placing in position controlled cement concrete
of M-30 grade using minimum cement content as
Kg/cum and max water cement ratio of 0.40 in cast-in-situ
RCC Kerb in line and level and shape as per drawings,
finishing the exposed faces including levelling, compacting by
vibrators, curing including formwork, shuttering as necessary
and required centering etc. complete as specified and directed
by Engineer in Charge.

28 RCC Core Cutting is about making precise, circular cuts for
creating holes of required diameters for Rehabilitation in civil
works. The core drilling rod is fitted with diamond pieces at
the drilling end. The core cutting machine can be used for
both horizontal and vertical hole making purposes.
Road safety devices & Road marking
29 Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic paints with
reflectorising glass beads on bitumen surface providing and
laying a hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick
including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area,
thickness of 2.5mm is excluding of surface applied glass beds
as per IRC:35. The finished surface is to be in level, uniform
