Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

1.Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.2)It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.3) The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.4) EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.5) Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025perct of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.6) The Successful bidder must submit 5percet Security Deposit to the amount put to Tender at the Time of Agreement in the Form of DD/FD/NSC/Renewable bank guarantee.

9)Conditional tenders will not be accepted. 10) The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. 11) The cost of the Tender Processing shall not be refundable.

14)The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

15)Other conditions are as per RFP Document.

16)The Work should be completed in stipulated period.

The tenderer should submit the Registration Certificate along with technical bid.
