Dismantling of stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings,wall cladding etc., and thickness, jointed in any mortar in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls, chajjas, facia etc and mixed with WPC @ 3% wt of cement (when specifically ordered in writing) in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Wpc shall be paid seperately in respective item.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade with two coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr per 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20Kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
