M & L for disconnecting electrical connection & outlet pipe connection, taking out submersible pump and motor of any capacity from the tube well / borewell lowered at the depth of 100m and above from the ground level complete with HDPE pipe and submersible cable,transport to authorized work shop for repair / servicing, brought back to existing location and lowering the same pump after repairing / servicing along with HDPE pipe and electric cable including fixing of cable to pipe with PVC strip, replacement of clamps and mild steel bolts, nut and washers with stainless still nut and bolt, casing capping bell cap etc, connecting electrical connecting & delivery pipe line complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Repairing / Servicing of Submersible pump & motor shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Cable & HDPE pipe if found unserviceable shall be measured & paid separately as Supply. M&L for repairing / Servicing of 15.0 to 20 HP capacity submersible pump by dismantling the pump and taking out defective/unsv/worn out parts of submersible pump set and replacement/servicing of all defective parts as under and reassebling the pump set including testing complete all as specified and directed:-

M&L for Repairing / Servicing of electric motor cap 15.0HP to 20 HP couplled to submersible pump, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and coupling pulley and removal of existing burnt out copper winding wire, cleaning of slots using suitable reagents and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge to achieve required RPM, varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing , painting and assembling the same after complete repair, connecting with pump and making necessary electrical connection and testing of motor after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair. Non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair.

M&L for Dismantling of existing defective / unsv squirrel cage induction motor of capacity 37.0 HP to 60HP, three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connection, coupling pulley, transportation to work shop, seperating the stator and rotor assembly ,cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding of stator with super enamelled solid copper conductor (winding wire) of appropriate gauge and size to match with the existing so as to acheive desired RPM, including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, providing insualtion and reassembling stator and rotor, connecting coils/ winding in star and delta mode at the junction box/terminal, fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting electrical connection & outlet pipe connection, taking out unsv centrifugal pump set of capacity 45 LPS to 63 LPS at head 50mtr from the foundation channel, shifting of pumping set to authorized workshop for repair, dismantling of pump and motor for carrying out repair, testing of motor after repair , reassembling of pumping set(pump and motor) and refix at site, reconnecting electric and delivery pipe line connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of 06 END open well of size 20 metre x 18 metre and 12 metre depth (filled with accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles etc upto 2.0 metre height from bottom, & balance portion filled with water up to 10 metre height from bottom of well) by continues dewatering till complete water is removed from the open well by using suitable capacity non clog diesel engine pump set and cleaning of all the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles up to bottom of open well & removing the same to a distance exc 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of 12 END open well of size 18 metre x 16 metre and 15 metre depth (filled with accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles etc upto 2.0 metre height from bottom, & balance portion filled with water up to 13 metre height from bottom of well) by continues dewatering till the complete water is removed from the open well by using suitable capacity non clog diesel engine pump set and cleaning of all the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles up to bottom of open well & removing the same to a distance exc 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC UG sump at various locations inside tech area continues dewatering till the complete water removal from the UG sump by using suitable capacity non clog diesel engine pump set and cleaning of all the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles up to bottom of UG sump & removing the same to a distance exc 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing all as specified and directed.
