Execution of work under following items

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material to a distance of 5 km above from the site and stacking of serviceable material etc complete.

Towards fixing of Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish vitrified tiles of wood finish of size (1.20 x 1.20) including skirting in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero-chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily including cost and conveyance of all material and as directed by site incharge.

Towards wooden flushing to the existing column and wall with MDF board of 18mm and top layer with veneer of 3mm including screws, binding material (fevicol), melamine polish etc. complete and as directed by site incharge.

Towards fixing ply door with veneer finish using 4 mm thick frost glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including cost and conveyance of all material etc complete and as directed by site incharge.

Towards pantry platform work. Sandwich layer of granite with jet black color granite of 15mm thick including moulding and polishing, fixing with cement mortar of (1:2) proportion with waterproofing compound and include labour and material in rates. Etc. complete and as directed by site incharge.

Providing brick work in in cement mortar of (1:2) proportion with waterproofing compound etc complete and as directed by site incharge.

Towards fixing 18mm ply of M.R grade and top layer laminate 1 mm thick sheet Including screws, nails, binding material (fevicol), melamine polish etc. complete and as directed by site incharge.

Towards fixing of laminate sheet of 1 mm thick to the existing conference table Including screws, nails, binding material (fevicol), melamine polish etc. complete and as directed by site incharge.

Towards fixing of overhead cabinet with MR grade ply of 18mm including veneer of 3mm thick including screws, binding material(fevicol) etc. complete and as directed by site incharge.

Towards fixing of storage unit with Toughened glass of 15mm thick wall mounted on west side of the wall line including fixing, cost and conveyance of all material etc complete and as directed by site incharge.

Providing new powder coated aluminium section sliding windows with 5mm thick glass including mosquito net, installation, labour material and transportation to the site etc complete and as directed by site incharge.

Providing granite cladding for side walls of doors and windows thick jet-black colour granite of 15mm fixing in cement mortor of (1:2) proportion with waterproofing compound Including edge polishing, granite cutting, door lock hole including labour and material etc complete.

Provision for preparing of square hanging lights over ceiling as per design made with ply and top with veneer finish and melamine polish including cost of material and conveyance etc. Complete and as directed by site incharge.

Towards removal of old damaged electrical fittings and fixing with new one including wiring, switch boards fan ac points, light point, fan, and its related fittings main switch, outer box wiring in conference hall including labour charges etc complete.

Towards applying plastic paint work to the walls, over the primary coat of Birla putty etc including material and labour charges etc and as directed by site incharge.

Providing and applying rough brick texture paint on TV Cabinet wall over a coat of primer including material and labour charges etc complete and as directed by site incharge.

Towards removal of existing AC and fixing in new position and supply and fixing of two new split AC 1.5 Ton (of good quality) including installation and transportation charges etc. complete and as directed by site incharge.

Provision for Purchase of materials for conference room including cost and conveyance of all material etc complete and as directed by site incharge. Annexure 1
