Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type ONAN cooled, oil immersed step down transformer of capacity100 KVA copper wound HT/LT 11 KV/433 Volts 3phase,4 wire ,50 Hz, ONAN cooled with 7 position off tap changer (Tapping range +/- 7.5% in step of 2.5% each) with vector grp Dyn-11 all as IS 1180 (Part-I) 2014 with BEE 3 star rating as per latest ammendment complete with forst fill of transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm air gap and following accessories (a) HV & LV cable box with cable glands (b) Off cicuit tap changer switch (c) Name , rating, and diagram plate-01 no. (d) Earthing Terminals - 02 no. (e) Lifting Lugs - 02 no. (f) Oil level indicator - Flush Type (g) Oil drain valve with plug-01 no (h) Conservator with oil fitting hole-01 no. (i)Thermometer pocket- 01 no. (j) 4" dial type thermometerstem type - 01 no. (k) Air release plug-01 no. (l) Silica gel breather - 01 no.(m) Explosion vent -01 no. (n) U directional rollers -04 no. (o) Buczhole relay Note:- (i) Any left out standard accesssories which are not mentioned above for smooth functioning of The transformer shall be included in the quoted rate without any extra cost (ii) The transformer shall be factory tested by the rep of accepting officer before dispatched. Cost for the same shall be deemed included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) Cost of Foundation for tanformer is included in this rate and should be done as per drawing provided by manufacture of tranformer as per requirement of site. (iv) Dismantling of existing old Transformer from site with disconnection of all HT & LT cables and shted to MES store yard shall be included in this rate (v) All LT/HT side electrical connection with existing line are included in this rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper plate electrode of size 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 2.4 meter below normal ground level connected to Copper strip of size 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of tinned brass, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) for protection of copper strip all as directed including earth test point of gun metal or phoshorus bronze size of 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex and cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering,including supplying and laying of charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers and filling earth pit with fresh vegetable soil below GI plate and above upto ground level as required and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
