Name of Work: (A) Hiring of HEMM (Excavators, Tippers, Dozers, Motor-Graders, Water Sprinklers, and other allied equipments) for excavating Overburden (including drilling in all kinds of strata/Overburden) loading into tippers, transportation & unloading the excavated materials & silt, dumping dozing, scraping/removal of bands, preparation/maintenance of haul road, water sprinkling and spreading of material at the site shown and as per the direction of management/Engineer-in-charge at Rajnagar OCP for a quantity of : sub work (a)36,83,240 CUM (Re-handling which doesn’t requires drilling) and sub work (b) 2,12,42,899 CUM ( Hard strata which requires drilling) and total quantity of sub work(a)+sub work (b) 2,49,26,139.000 Cum for a period of 1095 days with minimum composite quantity of 22764 Cum per day at Rajnagar OCP of Hasdeo Area. (B) Hiring of crawler mounted drill machine for drilling of 159 mm dia blast holes in coal (with attachment of wet drilling for dust suppression) at outsourced patch of Rajnagar OCP for a total meterage of about 1,45,860 Mtrs (As and when required basis). (C) Hiring of pay loader and tippers for Loading and Transportation of ROM coal from proposed outsourced patch (coal face) to Bunker of Rajnagar RO CHP / stock yard (Total Qty. 19,95,367 Te @ minimum TPD 1822Te/day): (a)Hiring of pay loader for loading of ROM Coal from proposed out sourced patch (Coal face) at Rajnagar OCP for a quantity of 19,95,367 Te, Lead slab - NA.
