Washing & cleaning the wall surface & ceiling by soft detergent powder & soft water & render the surface free of dust, stain etc.

Supplying and applying Polyurethane paints as finish 2 coats with 2 coats of Protomastic Grey Primer. Additional at the top of the pathway- supplying and applying 2 coats Epigard Antiskid Epoxy based paint. The bottom surface at the pathway painting with Coal tar black (Polyamide version) with 2 coats of Protomastic Grey Primer on the top and bottom surface of the pathway. The rates includes necessary scaffolding, tools and tackles and all lead and lifts. The painting work should be done after surface prepairing by mechanicaly or manualy and applying filling materials as per standered practice and per the direction of EIC.
