Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable including taking out old bricks from trenches and separating serviceable bricks and set aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks of old size for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, FRLS screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (Make: KEI / POLYCAB/Hevells/ RR Kable)

All as per ser item No 7 above but of cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.50core

Supply and fixing light grade galvanised tubing 80mm dia including clamps complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 Single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detector complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type smoke detector Photoelectric / Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Addressable manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Short circuit isolators Module complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Fire Alarm sounders / Sirens electronic type horizontal single stage continuous normal operation for at least 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 meter with sound output variation of + 5 DB for 500 meter range complete as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying 1.5Sq mm FRLS cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of 25mm dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit with required accessories such as joints, clamps, junction box to mount detectors, elbows etc complete as specified and as directed. The conduit is to be ISI mark.

Supply, installation, commissioning, executing & testing complete maintenance free chemical earthing system and soil resistivity check before preparing earth pit and result should be below one ohm as specified below including testing complete all as specified and directed & as per satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Make: Elmech's Cat No: ASEEL-39-ZC&AC or equivalent and approved make .(Test report shall be submitted) :- Earthing Electrode : Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated),ZINC COATED(80-100) microns with pure Zinc (99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250) microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3034.The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2 mm & 41.9 mm dia,3000 mm Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes.The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. Infill Compound (chemical) : Minimum 100 Kgs (4 bags each 25 kgs) conductolite BFC, constituting natural elements, not water dissolve, reduces soil resistivity, highly hygroscopic and swells, high conductivity and anti corrosive, retains moisture for a long time. Earth Work : Vertical excavation in any type of soil upto a depth of 3000 mm, the diameter of the bore hole being minimum 250mm. Installation: Filling the bottom 300 mm of the bore with infill compound (chemical), vertically placing the electrode in the centre of the pit, fill the cavity around the electrode with chemical, ensuring there are no air gaps in the chemical filled cavity region, make a thick paste by pouring water into the earth pit and mixing the mixture with a pole. (Note:- Unit rates shall be deemed to be included the following :- (i) 07 RM Earth strip of size 32X6 mm along with Low density poly ethylene pipes (LDPE) of size 40mm with pressure rating 6Kg/cm2 for protection of GI strip for connection from earthing to earth test point. (ii) Earth pit chamber of size 300x300x300mm (internal dimension) will be prepared & complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for earthing etc as required with25X3 mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed. Note: copper strip shall be fixed on ceramic /PVC insulator at a distance of 45 cm apart.

M & L Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Low density poly ethylene pipes (LDPE), ISI Marked, of bor dia 40 mm with pressure rating 6 KG/cm2 for protection of GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED flood Aesthetically deigned light 90 watt with IP 66 Protection complete including 40 mm dia GI Bracket suitable for fixing on wall / pole with two Nos MS clamps & nuts bolts complete all as specified and as directed.
