M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional Anti-termite treatment along external or internal wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sqcm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to the depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc and fill the hole with wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

M&L providing post construction Anti-termite treatment along the external/internal wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @2.25 Ltr per linear mtr including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron or plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed

M&L post construction Anti-termite treatment at point of contact of wood/ steel work by chemical emulsion(in oil or kerosene based solution) & 0.50 Ltr per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same, complete all as specified and directed

M & L post construction Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and laid in any position including removal to out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in roof finish, surface even and smooth using extra cement incl PVC / Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed mixing with WPC on roof surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Roof treatment with polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement with following specifications:- (a) M&L for surface preparation by removal/ taking down of existing treatment of tar felt/ tiling/loose particle to ensure or clean smooth and dry surface and preparing the surface. (b) M&L for providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (c) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 2 mm thickness of weight minium weight 3kg/sqm with non woven polyster fiber reinforcement weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (d) M&L for finishing of top surface by a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm grouted all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction. (e) M&L for providing pond test with filling of water over roof slab continuously for 48 hours all as specified and directed. (f) M&L for providing template of size 450 x 450 mm to each bldg where roof treatment is carried out with marking CA No date of roof treatment, expiry date all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surface (Concrete/plaster surface) and applying a coat of primer suitable for damp proofing and applying 2 coat of damp proof paint over premiered surface incl curing to treated surface complete all as manufacturer instruction and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of 500 & 1000 ltr capacity and removing to store complete all as specified. and directed.

S & F of 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) incl 20mm PTMT ball valve, union, checknut etc hoisted and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) incl 20mm PTMT ball valve, union, checknut etc hoisted and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20 mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of plant/ tree girth n,exc 30cm including digging out roots from floor/roofs or walls and making good the dismantled portion with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over framed work in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlin, crane gantries, rails, bolts and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, square, hollow, rectanglular hollow or flat section) including distance piece, cleats etc complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including making good to damaged brick work / coping/ false ceilng distrubed during dismantling of roof sheet as specified complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc incl. racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 15 mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixing with WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 15 mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixing with WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly and old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 1.00mm thick wall care putty of approved makes as on wall surfaces and a coat of wall primer and two coats of oil bound distemper (White or tinted) complete all as specified and directed.
